Είναι ασφαλής η θεραπεία laser με πάχος κερατοειδούς 472 και κερατόκωνο;

Καλησπέρα, έκανα έλεγχο για θεραπεία λέιζερ έχω πάχος κερατοειδούς 472 και 467 στο άλλο και ο οφθαλμίατρος μου έδωσε τεχνητά δάκρυα και είπε ότι σε κάποιους ασθενείς αυξάνεται το πάχος. Μου είπε αν αυξηθεί να επιλέξω τη μέθοδο trans prk, αλλά φοβάμαι μήπως είναι μεγάλο ρίσκο. Θα ήθελα παρακαλώ τη γνώμη σας. Η μυωπία μου είναι 4 και έχω και αστιγματισμό. Επίσης μου είπε ότι βλέπει και κερατόκωνο.
