Τι να κάνω αν βρέθηκα θετική στον HPV τύπο 18 και ανησυχώ για μετάδοση;
Γεια σας. Έκανα το HPV και βρέθηκα θετική στο 18 τύπο. Το checkup στο γυναικολόγο ήταν μια χαρά και το ΠΑΠ τέλειο. Και αυτό και το προηγούμενο (κάνω μια φορά το χρόνο) Τι να κάνω τώρα έχω πανικοβληθεί. Με τα παιδιά τι γίνεται έχουν πιει νερό από το ίδιο ποτήρι... έχουμε φάει ίδιο παγωτό. Θα κολλήσουν; Σεξουαλική επαφή με τον πρέπει να σταματήσω να έχω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Ο τύπος 18 είναι υψηλού κινδύνου αλλά δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι έχετε πρόβλημα, ειδικά αφού το τεστ Παπ και η εξέτασή σας είναι φυσιολογικά. Δεν μεταδίδεται με ποτήρια ή φαγητό, οπότε τα παιδιά σας δεν κινδυνεύουν. Και φυσικά με τον σύντροφό σας δεν χρειάζεται να διακόψετε τις επαφές.
Ανάλογα με το ιστορικό σας, που όμως δεν γνωρίζω, ίσως θα είχε νόημα και μία κολποσκόπηση για να έχουμε περισσότερες πληροφορίες αλλά τις περισσότερες φορές αρκεί κ η τακτική παρακολούθηση. Είμαι στη διάθεσή σας για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
