Αδύναμη ροή ούρων και πόνος στο νεφρό μετά από φαρυγγίτιδα και άσκηση

Θα ήθελα παρακαλώ να ρωτήσω κάτι που μου συνέβη και ανησυχώ στις 10 Απριλίου είχα αδύναμη ροή ούρων και συνεχείς επιθυμία ούρων ήταν ημέρα Κυριακή την Δευτέρα πήγα στο γιατρό χωρίς να έχω έντονα συμπτώματα ποιό ήπια μου έγραψε το φάρμακο ciproxin και έκανα εξέταση ούρων και έληξε ότι είχα Πολλά 50 προσπάθεια Όχι όμως Ουρολοίμωξη τι μπορεί να είναι?να συμπληρώσω ότι πριν με πιάσει ο πόνος είχα φαρυγγίτιδα και αισθάνθηκα 2 μέρες πριν πόνο στο νεφρό για 1 μέρα μετά από άσκηση!σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.
