Λοιμώδης μονοπυρήνωση και περιστεφανιτιδα: λύσεις για πύον και πόνο?

Γεια σας, είμαι ύποπτος για λοιμώδη μονοπυρήνωση αλλά έχουν περάσει μόνο 12 ημέρες απ' την έναρξη των συμπτωμάτων, οπότε ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι είναι νωρίς να κάνω το τεστ. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι έχω πάθει περιστεφανιτιδα στον κάτω αριστερά φρονιμητη και φοβούνται να μου χορηγήσουν πενικιλίνες. Ο πόνος όμως είναι μεγάλος και έχω δει και πύον. Τι θα προτείνατε να κάνω ? Ευχαριστώ.

  • Μπορείτε να κάνετε τεστ αντισωμάτων για CMV και EBV που συνήθως έχουν θετικοποιηθεί στις 12 ημέρες. Όσον αφορά στις πενικιλλίνες υπάρχουν σίγουρα εναλλακτικές αντιβιώσεις.
