Είμαι 43, έχω ημικρανίες και δέκατα πριν την περίοδο, να πάρω Duphaston;
καλησπέρα. είμαι 43 ετών και παρατήρησα ότι στους τελευταίους κύκλους περίπου μία βδομάδα πριν την περίοδο ξεκινούν ημικρανίες και δέκατα τα οποία με ταλαιπωρούν έντονα μέχρι 1-2 μέρες πριν την περίοδο. γυναικολόγος χωρίς ορμονικό έλεγχο μου σύστησε αγωγή αλλά έχω ευρυαγγείες, οι οποίες σε προ 20ετίας λήψη προγεστερόνης έκαναν την πρώτη επώδυνη εμφάνισή τους. μπορώ να το ξεκινήσω; και αν πρέπει να κάνω διαγνωστικό έλεγχο θα πρέπει να επυθυνθώ σε ενδοκρινολόγο ή μόνο σε γυναικολογο; ευχαριστώ
