Μπορώ να ασχοληθώ με πολεμικές τέχνες μετά από χειρουργείο κατάγματος αντιβραχίου;
Καλημέρα..έχω υποβληθεί πέρυσι τον Οκτώβριο σε χειρουργείο ανοιχτής ανάταξης εσωτερικής οστεοσύνθεσης κατάγματος αντιβραχίου θα μπορέσω να ασχοληθώ ξανά με τις πολεμικές τέχνες;συγκεκριμένα wing chun

Ένα χρόνο περίπου μετά το κάταγμα, είναι σα να μη συνέβη ποτέ.

Όταν επουλωθεί το οστό (σε υγιείς ενήλικες, ένας χρόνος είναι υπεραρκετός) μπορείτε να επανέλθετε. Απλώς λάβετε υπ' όψιν, ότι καινούργιο κάταγμα, μετά από τραυματισμό προφανώς, στο αντιβράχιο, με τις πλάκες της οστεοσύνθεσης μέσα, είναι πολύ πιο δύσκολο να αντιμετωπισθεί είτε σπάσει η πλάκα / πλάκες, είτε όχι. Αθλητές πολεμικών τεχνών και άλλων αθλημάτων επαφής (και όχι μόνον) συχνά βγάζουν τα υλικά πριν επανέλθουν (μετά την αφαίρεση απαιτείται βέβαια έξτρα χρόνος για την επάνοδο)
