Θεραπεία για ξανθελάσμα και θηλώματα στα άνω βλέφαρα: Είναι ίδια;

Έχω βγάλει ξανθελάσμα και στα δύο βλέφαρα και επιπλέον έχουν αρχίσει να εμφανίζονται θηλώματα και στα δύο άνω βλέφαρα. Μπορώ να κάνω μια θεραπεία και για τις δύο περιπτώσεις ή θα είναι διαφορετικές οι θεραπείες;
