Καλησπέρα, έκανα εξετασεις και η ολική χοληστερόλη είναι 209, η HDL 49, η LDL 141, τριγλυκεριδια 93 και η Lpa 130 τι πρέπει να κάνω;

Η Lpa είναι εξαιρετικά υψηλή.Επειδη δύσκολα αυτή να πέσει στα φυσιολογικά επίπεδα τουλάχιστον κράτα τα άλλα σε πολύ καλά επίπεδα έστω και με φαρμακευτική αγωγη
