Καλημέρα πήρα rosuvastatin (στατίνες) για υψηλή χοληστερίνη μετά από δύο μήνες έκανα αιματολογικές εξετάσεις και η κρεατίνη κινάση (CPK) μου βγήκαν 215, τι πρέπει να κάνω?

1. Το επίπεδο CPK (215 U/L) θεωρείται ήπια αύξηση και συχνό εύρημα σε άτομα που λαμβάνουν στατίνες.
2. Εφόσον δεν υπάρχουν μυϊκά συμπτώματα, δεν αποτελεί απόλυτη ένδειξη διακοπής της στατίνης.
3. Επαναξιολόγηση της CPK/ALT/AST σε 2–4 εβδομάδες, με αποφυγή άσκησης πριν την εξέταση.
4. Παρακολούθηση για τυχόν εμφάνιση συμπτωμάτων (μυαλγίες, αδυναμία).
5. Σε εμμονή της αύξησης ή εμφάνιση συμπτωμάτων → μιλήστε με το γιατρό σας
