Καλησπέρα. Έκανα πρόσφατα επαναληπτική εξέταση αίματος για την χοληστερίνη. Η LDL μου βγήκε στα ίδια επίπεδα με το προ τριμήνου αποτέλεσμα, 185. Έχω και 5.8 δείκτη γλυκοζιωμενης. Προφανώς πάω για χάπι χοληστερίνης? Επίσης, αν χάσω το περιτο βάρος, 114 κιλά, ύψος 1 82, υπάρχει περίπτωση να σταματήσω κάποια στιγμή το χάπι, αν οι μετρήσεις είναι κανονικές για την LDL χοληστερίνη στο μέλλον? Είμαι 49 χρονών, δεν πίνω ούτε καπνίζω, και κάνω μετρίου έντασης φυσική άσκηση αρκετά συχνά

  • Αρχίζεις χάπι από αύριο,αν φτασεις γυρω στα 85 κιλά κάνε μια δοκιμή να σταματήσεις 3 μήνες το χαπάκια δούμε πόσο θα ανέβει και να τεθεί τελειωτικη απάντηση.Τις περισσότερες φορές βέβαια χρειάζεται εφ όρου ζωης το χαπι
