Να πάρω χάπι για χοληστερίνη 230 στα 59, με υγιεινή διατροφή και άσκηση;

Καλησπέρα είμαι 59 ετών προσέχω την διατροφή μουδηλ.οχι τηγανητά,μια φορά την εβδομάδα κρέας μοσχαρίσιο,μια φορά ψάρι , χόρτα,λαδερα, κοτόπουλο με πατάτες φούρνου και τρώω φρούτα εποχής.Κανω πιλάτες τρεις φορές την εβδομάδα .Η χοληστερίνη μου είναι 230 .Να πάρω χάπι; Επίσης κάνω 10 με 15.000 βήματα την ημέρα.Αιματοκριτης 42.
