Καλησπέρα είμαι άνδρας 31 ετών έκανα εξετάσεις και έχω 252 χοληστερίνη, HDL 40, LDL 190 τι πρέπει να προσέξω από αυτά. Δηλαδή αυτό αυτή τη στιγμή είναι επικίνδυνο που έχω τώρα ή μελλοντικά, με αγωγή ο αριθμός αυτός θα κατέβει; Και σε ποιον γιατρό να απευθυνθώ να λύσω το πρόβλημά μου. Ευχαριστώ!!!

Σε παθολογο ή καλύτερα καρδιολογο με αγωγη σίγουρα θα κατέβει κάτω απο καποιες προϋποθέσεις ίσως και μόνο με αλλαγή διατροφής
