Είμαι γυναίκα 42.στις εξετάσεις μου η ολική χοληστερίνη βγήκε 300 και η LDL 207 και η hdl 74 τριγλυκερίδια 101. Η διατροφή μου για 2 χρόνια ήταν με πολλά τρανς λιπαρά και τηγανητά φουλ.Πηρα crestor 10 για 50 μέρες αλλά παράλληλα διόρθωσα τη διατροφή μου και ξεκίνησα γυμναστική καθημερινά! Μετά από 30 μέρες ολική 156 κ LDL 83. Τι προτείνετε;θα μπορώ να συνεχίσω με φυτικά;ή θα πρέπει να παίρνω στατίνες για μια ζωή;
