Επιπλέον, στο ιατρείο του στη Λάρισα υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να γίνουν όλες οι εξετάσεις ακόμα και οι πιο εξειδικευμένες για γλαύκωμα και θεραπεία γλαυκώματος. Ο dr. Ιωάννης Ζησούλης αποτελεί τον πρώτο χειρουργό οφθαλμίατρο στη Θεσσαλία που εργάστηκε και απέκτησε εμπειρία και εξειδίκευση πάνω στις αισθητικές επεμβάσεις και στις επεμβάσεις αποκατάστασης περιοφθαλμικών δυσμορφιών , βλεφαροπλαστικη στη Λαρισα,προκαλούμενες από υποκείμενες παθήσεις.
