Roidi Styliani was born in May 1981 in Athens. She began her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manchester, England, where she stayed for five years. Έχει ενεργή συμμετοχή σε ελληνικά και διεθνή ιατρικά συνέδρια, επιστημονικές δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα περιοδικά και είναι πιστοποιημένη στη διαγνωστική κολποσκόπηση.
