Ο Ρουκάς Κρίτων είναι Καρδιολόγος και διατηρεί το ιατρείο του στους Αμπελόκηπους. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει διδακτορική διατριβή (PhD) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του ίδιου Πανεπιστημίου, με βαθμό Άριστα. Κατά την εκπαίδευση του στις συγγενείς καρδιόπαθειες πραγματοποίησα πάνω από 1500 υπερηχογραφήματα καρδιάς σε ασθενείς με συγγενή καρδιοπάθεια και πνευμονική υπέρταση ενώ έκανε περισσότερους από 200 δεξιούς καθετηριασμούς σε ασθενείς με πνευμονική υπέρταση.
