Ο Ευσταθίου Ανδρέας MSc, MBA, PhD, FHCOS είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιατρεία στην Αθήνα και στη Ναύπακτο. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου "Victor Babes" της Ρουμανίας και στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοπαιδική και Τραυματολογία στην Β΄ Ορθοπαιδική Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική στο Κωνσταντοπούλειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Νέας Ιωνίας, όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση ευρέοu φάσματος Ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων και τραυματισμών. Κατά τη διάρκεια της εκπαίδευσής του, εκπαιδεύτηκε σε εξειδικευμένα τμήματα της Παιδοχειρουργικής, της Παιδοορθοπαιδικής, της Χειρουργικής Χεριού και της Μικροχειρουργικής, εμπλουτίζοντας την εμπειρία του σε σύνθετες παθήσεις και εξειδικευμένες χειρουργικές τεχνικές.

Παράλληλα, συνέχισε την ακαδημαϊκή και επιστημονική του εκπαίδευση με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Διεθνή Ιατρική και Διαχείριση Κρίσεων Υγείας, στη Διοίκηση Μονάδων Υγείας, στη Διαχείριση Κρίσεων στον τομέα της Υγείας, καθώς και MBA στη Διοίκηση Υπηρεσιών Υγείας.
