Ο γιατρός Γιώργος Μπουλντής γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα, μεγάλωσε στο Ελληνικό και αποφοίτησε με «Άριστα» από το Λεόντειο Λύκειο Νέας Σμύρνης. Σπούδασε Οδοντιατρική στο ΕΚΠΑ, εργαζόμενος παράλληλα ως βοηθός και στη συνέχεια ως Γενικός Οδοντίατρος με έμφαση στη γενική και επανορθωτική οδοντιατρική. Έχει συμμετάσχει ενεργά σε πανελλήνια και διεθνή συνέδρια, παρουσιάζοντας έρευνες και παρακολουθώντας τις πιο σύγχρονες εξελίξεις.Είναι κάτοχος Πτυχίου Χειρουργού Οδοντιάτρου και μετεκπαιδευμένος στην Εμφυτευματολογία στο New York University, College of Dentistry στην Αμερική.
