Ο Dr. Καραχοτζίτης Δ.Νικόλαος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα και μεγάλωσε στο Άργος. Το 2017 ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του στο Pavol Jozef Šafárik University στο Κόσιτσε της Σλοβακίας. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοπαιδική Χειρουργική στο Ασκληπιείο της Βούλας στο Δ´ Ορθοπαιδικό τμήμα αθλητικών κακώσεων του αείμνηστου Συντονιστή Διευθυντή Ιωάννη Μίχου. Εκπαιδεύτηκε για 6 μήνες στο τμήμα Νευροχειρουργικής στο ΝΙΜΤΣ - 417 Νοσηλευτικό Ιδρυμα Μετοχικού Ταμείου Στρατού. Εκπαιδεύτηκε για 6 μήνες στο τμήμα Πλαστικής και Επανορθωτικής Χειρουργικής του Γενικού Αντικαρκινικού νοσοκομείου "ΜΕΤΑΞΑ". Εκπαιδεύτηκε για 12 μήνες στο τμήμα Παιδοορθοπαιδικής του Α' Παιδοορθοπαιδικού τμήματος στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «Π&Α Κυριακού». Από τον Οκτώβριο του 2025 εργάζεται ως επιμελητής στο τμήμα Επανορθωτικής Ορθοπαιδικής Χειρουργικής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών, κλινική Π. Φαλήρου. Στο ιατρείο του παρέχει υπηρεσίες για:
