Η δουλειά της στηρίζεται στη σύνδεση, την εμπιστοσύνη και την αποδοχή, μέσα από έναν ανοιχτό διάλογο με το άτομο/α παρέχοντας τον απαραίτητο χώρο και χρόνο που χρειάζεται. Η συστημική προσέγγιση εφαρμόζεται σε ατομικές συνεδρίες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες κ' ομάδες, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες και τους στόχους του ατόμου/ων,  με σεβασμό στον προσωπικό ρυθμό και την μοναδικότητα της κάθε σχέσης.

Από το 2018 βρίσκεται ενεργά στον χώρο της ψυχικής υγείας ενώ η πορεία της ιδιωτικά ξεκινάει το 2021 όπου παρέχει ψυχοθεραπευτικές συνεδρίες και συμβουλευτική σε άτομα και οικογένειες. Έχοντας την ευκαιρία να συναντήσει και να υποστηρίξει ανθρώπους σε πολύ διαφορετικά στάδια της ζωής τους, η επαγγελματική της πορεία ξεκίνησε σε ΜΚΟ, όπου εργάστηκε με ευάλωτες κοινωνικές ομάδες.  Προσέφερε συμβουλευτική στήριξη με στόχο την κοινωνική επανένταξη, βοηθώντας τους ανθρώπους να ανακτήσουν σταδιακά την αίσθηση ασφάλειας και σύνδεσης με τα υποστηρικτικά τους συστήματα. Έχει εργαστεί κλινικά σε Κέντρο Ημέρας για άτομα με ψύχωση και συναφείς διαταραχές. Εκεί συντόνιζε θεραπευτικές ομάδες αποκατάστασης, στις οποίες η ομάδα λειτουργούσε ως πεδίο σχέσης, αλληλεπίδρασης και νοηματοδότησης της εμπειρίας, υποστηρίζοντας τη λειτουργικότητα, την καθημερινότητα και την επανασύνδεση των ατόμων με τον κοινωνικό τους ρόλο, ενώ παράλληλα παρείχε ατομική ψυχοθεραπευτική υποστήριξη σε άτομα που αντιμετώπιζαν ψυχικές δυσκολίες. Η εμπειρία αυτή την δίδαξε σε βάθος πόσο σημαντικό είναι να βλέπει τον άνθρωπο πέρα από τη διάγνωση, μέσα στο σύστημα σχέσεων, εμπειριών και νοημάτων που τον περιβάλλει.

Επιπλέον παράλληλα με το γραφείο της, εργάζεται και σε μονάδα εφήβων και οικογένειας. Εκεί υποστηρίζει νέους που βρίσκονται σε έντονες συναισθηματικές δυσκολίες, ενώ παράλληλα παρέχει συνεδρίες οικογενειακής ψυχοθεραπείας, με στόχο την ενδυνάμωση όλου του συστήματος και την αποκατάσταση των δεσμών μέσα στο οικογενειακό πλαίσιο.
