Διαθέτει σημαντική εμπειρία στη φωνιατρική αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση, καθώς και στη διαχείριση διαταραχών κατάποσης.

Παράλληλα, έχει πλούσιο διδακτικό έργο ως μέλος ΔΕΠ του Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών "Αναπνευστική Ανεπάρκεια και Μηχανικός Αερισμός" της Ιατρικής Σχολής ΕΚΠΑ και συμμετέχει στην εκπαίδευση φοιτητών και ειδικευομένων ιατρών. Συμμετέχει σε κλινικές μελέτες για την εφαρμογή των βιολογικών παραγόντων στη θεραπεία των ρινικών πολυπόδων σε συνεργασία με πνευμονολόγους.  Είναι μέλος πολλών ελληνικών και διεθνών επιστημονικών εταιρειών, μεταξύ των οποίων η European Laryngological Society, η British Association for Paediatric Otolaryngology, και η Ελληνική Εταιρεία Φωνιατρικής και Διαταραχών Κατάποσης, της οποίας είναι τακτικό  μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.

Kanioura Eutyxia is an Otolaryngologist maintaining a private practice in Kallithea. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and subsequently completed her rural service at the Molaoi Nursing Unit of the General Hospital of Laconia.
