Ο Ντουντουλάκης Νεκτάριος είναι Πλαστικός και Επανορθωτικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Αθήνα. Επίσης ειδικεύθηκε στην Άκρα Χείρα (επανασυγκωλήσεις χεριών), στη Χειρουργική Εγκαυμάτων και στην Αποκατάσταση μετά από εγκαύματα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στη Λιπογλυπτική σώματος και στην Αισθητική Χειρουργική του Προσώπου κοντά στον Ιταλοβραζιλιάνο Καθηγητή Carlo Gasperoni, του οποίου υπήρξε βοηθός για πολλά έτη, όπως και στην Αποκατάσταση του μαστού μετά από Μαστεκτομή στις μεγαλύτερες σχολές της Ευρώπης. Επίσης, εξέδωσε συλλογή παραμυθιών για φιλανθρωπικό σκοπό για την ενίσχυση οργανώσεων που αφορούν παιδιά και γονείς, τις "Ρίζες", τους "Γονείς" και το "Homestat".
