Είναι πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Κοινωνικής Εργασίας του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής (Πρώην ΑΤΕΙ) και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος στη Συμβουλευτική Ψυχολογία και στη Συμβουλευτική στην Ειδική Αγωγή, την Εκπαίδευση και την Υγεία από το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας με ειδίκευση στην Ψυχική υγεία - Ψυχοθεραπεία και στην Εκπαίδευση - Σχολική Συμβουλευτική. Επιπλέον, έχει ολοκληρώσει κλινικό πρόγραμμα ειδίκευσης στη Συστημική Ψυχοθεραπεία (SANE – System Attachment Narrative Encephalon) στο Ινστιτούτο Εκπαίδευσης και Έρευνας στη Συστημική Ψυχοθεραπεία "Λόγω Ψυχής" και έχει εξειδικευτεί στη θεραπεία ζεύγους στο ίδιο Ινστιτούτο. Επαγγελματικά δραστηριοποιείται ως Συστημική Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια ενώ διαθέτει σημαντική εμπειρία ως Κοινωνική Λειτουργός σε ζητήματα ενδοοικογενειακής βίας παρέχοντας ψυχοκοινωνική / ψυχοσυναισθηματική υποστήριξη και συμβουλευτική σε γυναίκες που είναι θύματα έμφυλης βίας. Η ειδικός είναι ενεργό μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Συστημικής Θεραπείας, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Συμβουλευτικής και του Συνδέσμου Κοινωνικών Λειτουργών Ελλάδος.
