Ο Βούτσινος Αθανάσιος είναι Ψυχίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Σύνταγμα. Εισήχθη το 1996 στη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ), στο Τμήμα Ιατρικής.
