Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with private practices in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. During his postgraduate training, he worked at the Instituto Clinico Humanitas in Milan, Italy, alongside the world-renowned shoulder surgeon, Alex Castagna. For nine years, he served as an Attending Physician - Associate in the sports medicine department at the Athens Medical Center and concurrently was responsible for the medical departments of basketball (A1 league) and football (first division) teams until 2011. Additionally, he is a member of the Hellenic Society of Arthroscopic Knee Surgery and Sports Injuries and has served as the society’s secretary for two years, as well as being responsible for organizing and scientific programming of the 4th arthroscopic society congress with international participation in 2011. Finally, for two years, he was an elected member of the board of directors of the Arthroscopic Surgery Society of Greece.
