Dr. Totlis Tryfon is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, PhD holder, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Scholarship of Excellence from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been awarded 7 scholarships/training fellowships in Greece and abroad, including at Rush University Hospital in Chicago, USA, and St. Anna Hospital in Herne, Germany. Διατηρεί ορθοπαιδικό ιατρείο στον Πειραιά και συνεργάζεται με ιδιωτικές κλινικές στην Αθήνα και τον Πειραιά. Επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα μετά από σχεδόν 17 χρόνια παραμονής στην Γερμανία και έχοντας υπηρετήσει ως Επιμελήτρια Α΄ σε μεγάλα ακαδημαϊκά νοσοκομεία της χώρας.
