Αποφοίτησε από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια επέλεξε την ειδικότητα της Παθολογίας στην οποία ασκήθηκε ως ειδικευόμενη για ένα έτος.
