Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Επιπλέον, είναι εκπαιδευτής στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course και στο παγκοσμίου φήμης Reading Shoulder and Elbow Course. Ταξιδεύει συχνά στην Ευρώπη όπου διδάσκει την τεχνική της ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2019 ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας που εκλέχτηκε μέλος της Εκπαιδευτικής Επιτροπής της Βρετανικής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα. Tέλος, τo 2020 εκλέχτηκε στην επιτροπή μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα.

Polythodorakis Ioannis is a Neurosurgeon - Spine Surgeon, who served as President of the World Spine Society (WScC) from 2018 to 2020 and has been the Director of the 4th Neurosurgical Clinic at Errikos Dynan Hospital Center since 2017. He is the Scientific Director at the medical center Athens Brain & Spine Surgery in Chalandri since 2010. He is specialized in the surgical treatment of spinal disorders, with particular expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery techniques. Since 2004, as a member of the World Spine Society, he has been involved in training orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons in spine surgery techniques at educational centers worldwide, including Cleveland Spine Clinic (USA), Saarland University Medical Center, Homburg Saar (Germany), University Hospital Birmingham (UK), Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College (Pakistan), Ain Shams University (Egypt), Nobel Institute of Neurosciences, Biratnagar (Nepal). In 2016, he was honored by the President of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain, for his contribution to the training of neurosurgeons in Pakistan. Finally, in 2018, he was recognized as an instructor for his longstanding involvement in the training of neurosurgeons in Pakistan and was awarded lifetime membership in the Pakistani Neurosurgical Society.

Η Νικοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Αναισθησιολόγος - Βελονίστρια και διατηρεί το Ιατρείο Πόνου και Βελονισμού στο Μαρούσι. Αποφοίτησε από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια επέλεξε την ειδικότητα της Παθολογίας στην οποία ασκήθηκε ως ειδικευόμενη για ένα έτος. Η αντιμετώπιση του επείγοντος, κέρδιζε πάντα το ενδιαφέρον της, έτσι τελικά απέκτησε την ειδικότητα της Αναισθησιολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση του οξέος και χρόνιου πόνου. Ειδικεύθηκε στο 401 Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο "Κοργιαλένειο – Μπενάκειο", αποκτώντας ισχυρό κλινικό υπόβαθρο στις βασικές αρχές της αναισθησιολογίας σε απαιτητικά περιβάλλοντα. Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Παλαιού Φαλήρου, αποκομίζοντας σημαντική εμπειρία σε ένα ευρύ φάσμα αναισθησιολογικών περιστατικών. Επιπλέον, έχει διατελέσει υπεύθυνη του Αναισθησιολογικού Τομέα στην Κλινική "Κυανός Σταυρός" και έχει εργαστεί στο IASO General.

Μετά από την πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αναισθησιολογίας και της διαχείρισης πόνου σε νοσοκομειακά περιβάλλοντα, δημιούργησε το Ιατρείο Πόνου και Βελονισμού, όπου προσφέρει ολιστική επιστημονική προσέγγιση συνδυάζοντας την αναισθησιολογία με τις σύγχρονες αρχές του ιατρικού βελονισμού, προσφέροντας εξειδικευμένες θεραπείες σε ανθρώπους με οξύ ή χρόνιο πόνο, με στόχο την ανακούφιση, την αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της ευεξίας στην καθημερινότητα του ασθενή. Επιπλέον, έχει ολοκληρώσει τη φοίτησή της στο Ινστιτούτο Βελονισμού Βορείου Ελλάδος στη χρήση του βελονισμού ως τεκμηριωμένης και αποτελεσματικής μεθόδου για τη διαχείριση οξέων και χρόνιων μυοσκελετικών και νευροπαθητικών προβλημάτων.

Στο ιατρείο προσφέρονται εξειδικευμένες επεμβατικές τεχνικές όπως οι νευρικοί αποκλεισμοί, ενέσιμες θεραπείες, στοχευμένες παρεμβάσεις σε σπονδυλική στήλη και αρθρώσεις, τεχνικές ραδιοσυχνοτήτων, ιατρικός - παραδοσιακός βελονισμός, ωτοβελονισμός και κρανιοβελονισμός Yamamoto ως αυτόνομη ή συμπληρωματική θεραπεία, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του κάθε ασθενούς.

Παράλληλα, τα τελευταία χρόνια εργάζεται στο Euromedica Diagnostic Center, παρέχοντας αναισθησία για μαγνητικές και ενδοσκοπικές εξετάσεις σε περιστατικά αυξημένων απαιτήσεων όπως παιδιά, άτομα με αναπηρίες και ενήλικες με σοβαρές συνοσηρότητες, όπου η ασφαλής ολοκλήρωση μιας εξέτασης βασίζεται στην προσεκτική εξατομίκευση της καταστολής, τη συνεχή παρακολούθηση και την αυστηρή τήρηση των πρωτοκόλλων.
