Πιστεύει ότι όταν κάποιος κατανοήσει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο έμαθε να σχετίζεται με τον εαυτό του και με τους άλλους, αποκτά μεγαλύτερη ελευθερία να επιλέξει διαφορετικούς τρόπους σκέψης, έκφρασης και σχέσης.
