Dr. Irene Nitoda is an ophthalmic surgeon who runs her private practice in Korydallos. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, holds a Master’s Degree in Optics and Vision from the University of Crete, and has earned a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she specializes in retinal pathology, holding a Master’s degree in diabetic retinopathy and a doctoral dissertation on age-related macular degeneration. She is an external associate of the 1st Ophthalmology Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital, the Athinaiki Mediclinic, and OΜΜΑ (Ophthalmological Institute of Athens).
