Πραγματοποιεί μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Γυναικεία Αναπαραγωγή στο Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και έχει αναλάβει το συντονισμό πολυκεντρικής μελέτης που αφορά στην βλαπτική επίδραση της αλδοστερόνης σε ασθενείς με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. Διαθέτει, επίσης, πιστοποιήσεις στην προνοσοκομειακή παροχή πρώτων βοηθειών:«ATLS» από το Αμερικάνικο Κολλέγιο Χειρουργών και «ALS» από την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Καρδιοαναπνευστικής Αναζωογόνησης. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί και διαθέτει μεγάλη κλινική εμπειρία σε μεγάλο εύρος ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων του σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, των νοσημάτων θυρεοειδούς και παραθυρεοειδών αδένων, της οστεοπόρωσης και των νοσημάτων του μεταβολισμού ασβεστίου, των διαταραχών εμμήνου ρύσεως και εμμηνόπαυσης, του υπογοναδισμού, των νοσημάτων των επινεφριδίων και της υπόφυσης, της ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης, της παχυσαρκίας, των διαταραχών λιπιδίων, και των ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας covid-19, προσέφερε τις ιατρικές της υπηρεσίες με εφημέρευση στο τμήμα Covid της Α΄ Παθολογικής κλινικής του ΓΝΑ «Γ. Γεννηματάς». Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια Ενδοκρινολογίας και Διαβήτη και σε δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκυρα ιατρικά περιοδικά. Τέλος, διατελεί μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας.

Απο το 2022 έως το 2024 είχε αναλάβει ως επιστημονικά υπεύθυνη το ενδοκρινολογικο τμήμα του ιδιωτικού πολυιατρείου "Doctor hall" στην Καλλιθέα. Επίσης από το 2023 διατελεί επιστημονική συνεργάτης της Accurate health auditing and consulting AE.

Η Μπέτα Αναστασία, MD, PhD, είναι Χειρουργός Γυναικολόγος - Μαιευτήρας, Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, Επιμελήτρια Β' του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Αλεξάνδρα" και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Παγκράτι. Είναι απόφοιτη της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, κατόπιν επιτυχούς εισαγωγής μέσω πανελλαδικών εξετάσεων. Ειδικεύτηκε στη Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογία στη Β' Πανεπιστημιακή Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογική Κλινική στο Αρεταίειο Νοσοκομείο, όπου εκπαιδεύτηκε σε ευρύ φάσμα μαιευτικών περιστατικών, καθώς και σε όλο το φάσμα των γυναικολογικών χειρουργικών επεμβάσεων, αποκτώντας σημαντική κλινική εμπειρία τόσο στη συντηρητική, όσο και στη χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση γυναικολογικών παθήσεων.

Είναι Επιμελήτρια Β’ στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Αλεξάνδρα" και συνεργάζεται με τις Μαιευτικές - Γυναικολογικές κλινικές ΡΕΑ και ΙΑΣΩ.

Η διδακτορική της διατριβή είχε θέμα: "Ο ρόλος των νευροτροφινών NGF και BDNF στις γυναίκες με υπερδραστήρια κύστη και η συσχέτιση των επιπέδων τους με την κλινική εικόνα και την αποτελεσματικότητα της φαρμακευτικής θεραπείας", με ιδιαίτερο ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον στις διαταραχές του πυελικού εδάφους και την ουρογυναικολογία.

Έχει ενεργή συμμετοχή σε ελληνικά και διεθνή ιατρικά συνέδρια, επιστημονικές δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα περιοδικά και είναι πιστοποιημένη στη διαγνωστική κολποσκόπηση.

Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Οικογενειακού Προγραμματισμού, Αντισύλληψης και Αναπαραγωγικής Υγείας, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας διατήρησης της Αναπαραγωγής, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Κλιμακτηρίου και Εμμηνόπαυσης, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Περιγεννητικής Ιατρικής, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Γυναικολογικής Ενδοκρινολογίας, της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Ουρογυναικολογίας και Διαταραχών του Πυελικού εδάφους και της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Κολποσκόπησης και Παθολογίας Τραχήλου.

Στόχος της είναι η παροχή εξατομικευμένης και τεκμηριωμένης ιατρικής φροντίδας, με σεβασμό, διακριτικότητα και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με κάθε γυναίκα.
