Η Γιαννίτση Δήμητρα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και πραγματοποιεί κατ' οίκον και διαδικτυακές συνεδρίες. Είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Η μεταπτυχιακή της έρευνα αφορούσε την επίδραση των τροφίμων με προβιοτικά στα λιπίδια του αίματος σε άτομα με υπέρβαρο και παχυσαρκία. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της, πραγματοποίησε την κλινική της πρακτική άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Βόλου «Αχιλλοπούλειο», όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στην αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ασθενών. Επιπλέον, εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χημική Υπηρεσία Βόλου, διευρύνοντας τις γνώσεις της σε θέματα ποιότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και φροντίζει να ενημερώνεται διαρκώς για τις εξελίξεις της επιστήμης της διατροφής μέσω της συμμετοχής της σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια, σεμινάρια και προγράμματα συνεχιζόμενης εκπαίδευσης. Παράλληλα δραστηριοποιείται ως εκπαιδεύτρια στο ΙΕΚ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ. Επιπρόσθετα, είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Ιστορίας και Αρχαιολογίας της Φιλοσοφικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, γεγονός που αναδεικνύει το ευρύ ακαδημαϊκό της υπόβαθρο και την πολυδιάστατη προσέγγισή της στη γνώση. Βασικός της στόχος είναι η παροχή εξατομικευμένης, επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένης διατροφικής φροντίδας (evidence based nutrition), βοηθώντας κάθε άνθρωπο να βελτιώσει την υγεία, την ποιότητα ζωής και τη σχέση του με το φαγητό.

Makri Anastasia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Marousi. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a certification in Health Coaching from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her internship at Hygeia Hospital and in the Endocrinology Department of the "Red Cross" Hospital. Additionally, she has worked as Head Dietitian in major aesthetic centers, such as New Day and Silhouette, as well as in medical clinics. Finally, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous seminars concerning the nutrition of children and adults.

Katsamani Eleutheria MSc (MedSc) is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Pefki. She holds a Master of Science degree (MSc MedSc) in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor Honors degree in Dietetics - Nutrition from Glasgow Caledonian University, United Kingdom. She is active through television and radio interviews, informative lectures, written articles in newspapers, online platforms, and school talks, aiming at continuous education on nutritional issues. She is a State Registered Dietitian in the United Kingdom and a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Ο Δημητρούλης Μάνος είναι Κλινικός Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος με μεταπτυχιακή ειδίκευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο στην Γλυφάδα με την επωνυμία Dietstories. Ολοκλήρωσε τις προπτυχιακές και μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στην διάρκεια της καριέρας του έχει συνεργαστεί με το το εργαστήριο Διατροφής και Κλινικής Διαιτολογίας του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου και συμμετέχει σε δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά σχετικά με την κατάσταση υπεραθλητών μεγάλων αποστάσεων. Έχει διατελέσει υπεύθυνος της διαιτολογικής ομάδας των γυμναστηρίων Joe Weider. Papavasileiou Viky is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Pefki. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Firenze in Italy and has extensive experience in diseases and conditions related to nutrition, as well as with groups with special nutritional needs. She has professional experience, having worked in numerous hospital institutions and institutes in Greece and Italy. She consistently follows developments in dietetics by participating in conferences and workshops. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association, the Italian Dietitians - Nutritionists Association, as well as the Hellenic Medical Society for Obesity.

Verykokaki Elena - Healthy Life is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Marousi. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly. Nutristory - Papaxristodoulou Filippos is a Dietetics - Nutrition office located in Neo Iraklio. Nutristory - Papaxristodoulou Filippos is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. During his internship at the Dietetics-Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G. She graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, UK, where she successfully completed her studies as a clinical dietitian-nutritionist. In 2004, she continued her education at the University of Bristol, England, where she specialized with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Public Health, graduating with honors and distinction for outstanding academic performance. She has accumulated over 20 years of dietetic experience and has operated her private clinic in Marousi since 2006. Additionally, she has collaborated with the private hospital "Hygeia", with hospitals in the United Kingdom, and serves as the director of the DietMet nutrition center, where she conducts individual sessions with her clients. She has worked on nutritional support for individuals with special needs at the "Athena" Boarding House of the Society for Psychosocial Development and Psychotherapy, and has also served as the lead dietitian for the Municipality of Marousi in the European program "Paidiatrofi Epode," aimed at preventing childhood obesity. In recent years, she has focused on the practice of mindful eating, emphasizing the psychological management of obesity and binge eating disorder through proper education on balanced nutrition and the use of a non-restrictive approach. Her interests focus on the prevention and treatment of obesity and clinical conditions, the psychology of eating behavior, and the application of motivational therapy and mindful eating aimed at the permanent change of dietary habits.

Η Ζωή Μαυρίδου είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Με πάθος για την επιστημονική ακρίβεια και την εξατομικευμένη προσέγγιση, δημιούργησε το Κέντρο «Διατροφή Ζωής», με στόχο να παρέχει προσωποποιημένη καθοδήγηση βασισμένη στις ανάγκες και τις ιδιαιτερότητες του κάθε ανθρώπου.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου με Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και ειδίκευση στην Κλινική - Ιατρική Διατροφή. Στην πτυχιακή της εργασία μελέτησε τη γενετική προδιάθεση της παχυσαρκίας και το ρόλο της φυσικής δραστηριότητας, συμμετέχοντας ως ερευνήτρια στη μελέτη NAFLD. Στα πλαίσια του μεταπτυχιακού της, ασχολήθηκε με τη δυσθρεψία σε ασθενείς με κίρρωση του ήπατος, σε συνεργασία με το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης "Ιπποκράτειο". Έχει ειδικευθεί, μέσω του κέντρου διά βίου μάθησης του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, στις Διαταραχές Πρόσληψης Τροφής και στο Health Coaching για επαγγελματίες υγείας. Το έντονο ενδιαφέρον της για τη Διατροφογενετική (διατροφή βασισμένη στο γενετικό υλικό DNA) την ώθησε στο να λάβει πιστοποίηση από το Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ), πάνω στις Εφαρμογές της Γενετικής στη Διατροφή Ακριβείας. Πραγματοποιεί ομιλίες σε αθλητικούς συλλόγους και σχολεία και διαθέτει επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε δεκάδες περιστατικά κλινικής διατροφής και διαχείρισης βάρους. Ενημερώνεται συνεχώς για τα νεότερα επιστημονικά δεδομένα στον κλάδο της διαιτολογίας - διατροφής.

Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.
