Ασκήθηκε στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραιά «Τζάνειο». Ειδικεύτηκε στη Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογία, στην Α’ Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογική κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο «Αλεξάνδρα», και εξειδικεύτηκε στο τμήμα Μαστού, στο ίδιο νοσοκομείο. Υπηρέτησε ως ειδικευμένος χειρουργός μαστού στο τμήμα Μαστού της Α’ Μαιευτικής - Γυναικολογικής κλινικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Διαθέτει πιστοποίηση Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics από την American Academy of Family Physicians και πιστοποίηση IBUS - Breast Imaging School - Multimodality Breast Imaging and Image-Guided Interventions Course, Detection, Diagnosis, Management από την Scientific Society of Mastology. Tzatzarakis Emmanouil is a General Surgeon - Endocrine Surgeon, PhD holder from the University of Heidelberg in Germany, and maintains a private practice in Kalamata.
