Ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του στην Ιατρική σχολή  του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας στη Λάρισα, όπου και ήρθε πρώτη φορά σε επαφή με την ειδικότητα της Ορθοπαιδικής φοιτώντας δίπλα σε κάποιους από τους μεγαλύτερους δασκάλους στην Ελλάδα. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του το 2012, ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα του στην Γενική Ορθοπαιδική στο Γ.Ν. Καρδίτσας όπου έλαβε σημαντική εμπειρία στην τραυματολογία και στην επανορθωτική χειρουργική του ισχίου και του γόνατος. Την ειδικότητα του την ολοκλήρωσε στο 401 Γενικό Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο  Αθηνών όπου θήτευσε δίπλα σε σπουδαίους χειρουργούς και απέκτησε πιστοποιημένη εμπειρία στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις και την Αρθροσκοπική χειρουργική του Ώμου και του Γόνατος.  Επίσης, σημαντική είναι η εκπαίδευση που έλαβε στην Παιδοορθοπαιδική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων “Αγία Σοφία”. Διετέλεσε για ένα διάστημα στην Ορθοπαιδική κλινική του Kungsbacka Hospital, University of Gothenburg, Sweden όπου και εκπαιδεύτηκε στις νεότερες τεχνικές της χειρουργικής του χόνδρου των αρθρώσεων υπό την καθοδήγηση ενός από τους πρωτοπόρους και διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους χειρουργούς στο πεδίο αυτό, prof. Mats Brittberg. Τέλος, είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Αρθροσκοπικής Εταιρείας (ΕΑΕ), της European Society for Knee Surgery, Arthroscopy and Sports Traumatology (ESSKA) και της  European Shoulder Associate (ESA).

Dempegiotis Petros MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Kypseli. He is also a certified physician in Neural Therapy. He is an affiliated physician at Euroclinic Athens, Doctor's Hospital, and Metropolitan General. With extensive experience in orthopedic disorders, he diagnoses and treats orthopedic conditions in both adults and children. Additionally, he manages cases such as tendinitis, osteoarthritis, cervical syndrome, sciatica, as well as pediatric orthopedics.
