As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Xanioti Ilektra is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia. In addition to her private practice, she serves as an affiliated Pediatrician at the Medical Center of Athens. She has extensive experience and has served as a Senior Registrar at the Second Pediatric Clinic of the Pediatric Center of Athens and as the chief supervising Pediatrician at IASO Paidiatrikon.

Anastasopoulos Vasilis is an Internist at the General Hospital of Attica KAT with the rank of Senior Registrar and maintains a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." He holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. He has received further training in emergency pre-hospital medicine at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB), as well as in the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon," focusing on lipid disorders and cardiovascular disease prevention. He has served as the scientific director at the Local Health Unit in Petroupoli and at the Health Center of Peristeri. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Society for the Study of Risk Factors for Vascular Diseases, and the Hellenic Lipidology Society. As part of continuous medical education, he has attended numerous scientific conferences and has contributed to the writing of scientific papers.

Dr. Xatzinaki Kalliopi, MD, MSc, is a Specialist in General - Family Medicine and maintains her private practice within the "Mesogeios-Diagnostic Centers," located at Chryssostomou 74 and Knosou Avenue 69 in Heraklion, Crete. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed her specialization in General - Family Medicine at Venizeleio - Pananio Regional Hospital of Heraklion. She holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in "Vaccinations and Infection Prevention" and has extensive clinical experience in managing emergency and chronic cases. Zormpas Vasileios is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Nafpaktos. He studied at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and subsequently served as a rural service physician at the General Hospital of Messolonghi - Health Center of Nafpaktos - Regional Clinic of Platanos. He specialized in Pathology at the University General Hospital of Patras and received further training in Clinical Hepatology following participation in the 16th school of the Hellenic Association for the Study of the Liver.

Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis on the subject of ultrasound assessment of hemodynamic status of Intensive Care Unit patients. He has contributed to the scientific literature by publishing articles in peer-reviewed, high-profile journals and by presenting his work in international conferences (ISICEM, ESICM).

Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Currently, apart from private practice, he is employed as an Intensive Care Medicine specialist in the Intensive Care Unit of Athens Medical Centre.

Georgios Xristopoulos is an Otolaryngologist with private practices in Koukaki and Argyroupoli. He was admitted to the Medical Department of the Military School of Officers of Corps (SSAS) and to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from which he graduated with a Medical Degree and was commissioned as a Naval Medical Officer, Ensign, in the Hellenic Navy. After his maritime service on Hellenic Navy ships as a Medical Officer, he specialized in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University ENT Clinics of "Papageorgiou" Hospital in Thessaloniki and "Attikon" Hospital in Athens, where he was trained in a large number of cases and surgical procedures, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, thyroidectomies, salivary gland surgeries, rhinoplasties, septoplasties, etc. After obtaining his ENT specialization, he serves as a Consultant in the ENT Clinic of the Navy Hospital of Athens, where he undertakes patient care in the clinic and performs and participates in numerous surgical procedures in the field of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He has participated in specialized training concerning the management of nasal disorders (FESS - Endoscopic Sinus and Nasal Surgery) and surgical diseases of the ear. Finally, he has participated as a speaker and attendee in numerous seminars and conferences in his specialty and is an external collaborating surgeon at the Athenian Clinic, the Athens Bioclinic, and the ENT Clinic of Athens.

Kotsomytis N Konstantinos is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Chaidari. Simultaneously, he serves as a Consultant Pathologist at Metropolitan Hospital. He studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and possesses extensive experience and training.

Mr. Proikas Konstantinos is an Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT specialist) and operates a private practice in Piraeus. He has worked for 30 years as a Specialist ENT Surgeon in hospitals such as the HNO UNI KLINIK Magdebourg in Germany and THE VICTORIA INFIRMARY in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. After returning to Greece, he held the position of Consultant in the National Health System (ESY). He completed his hospital career as Director of ESY at the University General Hospital "ATTIKON". The knowledge and experience he gained at major hospitals enable him to manage all pathological and surgical cases.

Dr Katerina Bargiota is a fully qualified Paediatrician having completed her training in London, United Kingdom (Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Certificate of Completion of Training). She gained her clinical experience working in multiple London hospitals (North Central London Rotation) for 18 years. In addition to general paediatrics and neonatology, she specialised in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Food Allergy and Nutrition. She worked as a Consultant Paediatrician at the renown Great Ormond Street Hospital and University College London Hospital in London UK. Since 2023, she maintains a private practice in Mavili Square and does also home visits.

Dr. Valvis Georgios is a General – Family Medicine physician with an active private practice in Piraeus. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having served in hospitals such as Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus and the General Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa." Since 2024, he has also been working as an occupational physician at doValue Greece through GEP SA, providing health and safety services. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of primary healthcare cases, prevention and management of chronic diseases, as well as comprehensive care for families and patients of all ages. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in 2017 and obtained his specialty certification in General – Family Medicine in 2022. Additionally, he is continuing his scientific training with a Master's program (MSc) in "Modern Diagnostics in Dermatology and Allergology" at the Andreas Syngros Hospital for Venereal and Skin Diseases. Concurrently, he has attended numerous conferences and seminars, both in Greece and internationally, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to scientific education. Finally, the physician adopts a holistic approach to each patient, taking into account the entirety of their physical and mental health parameters.

Ilias Kouslis is a General Practitioner - Family Physician and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and specializes in General - Family Medicine, with training at the Piraeus General Hospital "Tzaneio." He has acquired substantial clinical experience by working in Emergency Departments, chronic disease clinics, and COVID-19 units, while actively participating in mass vaccination programs during the pandemic. Additionally, he served as a resident physician in Health Centers in Amorgos, Kalyvia, Vyronas, and Megara, strengthening the connection between Primary Health Care and the local population. He completed his postgraduate studies in Public Health at the University of West Attica, with a research focus on evaluating the reliability of information regarding diabetes on social networks. Currently, he operates a General - Family Medicine practice in Nea Smyrni as a contracted personal physician with EOPYY, offering comprehensive health care services, prevention, and management of chronic diseases. He is distinguished by his continuous voluntary work and participation in blood donation programs in Attica and Aegean islands.

Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and involvement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. He has participated as a volunteer physician in a Doctors Without Borders - Greece mission in Zambia and in programs within Greece. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Diabetological Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Diabetic Foot Disorders, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, and Doctors Without Borders - Greece.

Karipi Christina is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She completed her medical studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Pulmonology - Tuberculosis at the 4th Pulmonology Clinic of the Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria". Subsequently, at the same hospital, she participated in the Smoking Cessation Clinic of the 6th Pulmonology Clinic and served as Scientific Collaborator at the 4th Pulmonology Clinic. Additionally, she has worked as a chief physician of medical research protocols at the biotechnology company Regulon. Finally, she has participated in nationwide and pan-European conferences covering all fields of Pulmonology - Tuberculosis and medicine in general, and she continuously updates herself on all developments in her specialty.

Fyrmpas Georgios served as Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH) and undertakes the examination and surgical treatment of children and adults. He has trained and completed further specialization in the United Kingdom for five years and has worked as a specialist Otolaryngologist for a total of 17 years. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki through nationwide exams. He obtained his degree, a postgraduate specialization diploma, and completed his doctoral dissertation at the same university. He was awarded the Diploma of Otolaryngology from the Royal College of Surgeons of England with a specialization in Head & Neck Surgery. His further training includes specialization in Otology/Otologic Surgery (Bradford Royal Infirmary), Rhinology/Rhinosurgery (Derriford Hospital Plymouth NHS Trust), as well as minimally invasive treatment methods for salivary gland diseases (University ENT Clinic of Erlangen, Germany). He has worked as an ENT Consultant in the Oncology ENT Department of Theageneio Anticancer Hospital, at Papageorgiou General Hospital of Thessaloniki, and at Papapolychroniou General Hospital of Thessaloniki. He is the author of international publications and scientific papers, a trainer in hands-on workshops, and a speaker at scientific conferences. He undertakes the surgical management of children with otitis media with effusion, hypertrophic tonsils, snoring, otitis, and has specialized expertise in parotid gland surgery, submandibular gland surgery, laryngeal surgery, rhinoplasty and paranasal sinuses, as well as surgery for cholesteatoma and chronic otitis media. He also performs oncologic excision and reconstruction of skin carcinomas on the face. He maintains his practice in Neapoli, Thessaloniki.

Mpousi Vasiliki, MD, MSc, is an Otolaryngologist who maintains a private practice in the Paiania area. Additionally, she is a consultant at the Otolaryngology – Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic of Metropolitan General and an affiliated physician at IASO Clinic. She holds a Medical Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a Master's Degree in "Clinical & Industrial Pharmacology" from the same university. She completed her specialty training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the 1st University Otolaryngology Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio." Finally, she actively ensures staying updated with advances in her field by participating in Medical Conferences and Courses.

Gkamprela Eleana is a Pathologist, maintains a private practice in Kallithea, and is the Deputy Director of the Pathology Clinic at the Psychiko Medical Center. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a postgraduate specialization in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. She specialized at the 2nd University Pathology Clinic of EKPA at the General Hospital "Hippocrateio" and in major hospitals in England (NHS Trust). During the same period, after passing the examinations, she became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of England. Additionally, she has specialized in Hepatology and holds a corresponding diploma from the Hellenic Association for the Study of the Liver. For several years, she worked at the General Hospital "Hippocrateio" as a scientific collaborator of the Hepatology Clinic. She is also an external associate of the 2nd Pathology Clinic at the "Errikos Dynan Hospital Center" and is a certified trainer in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (Advanced Life Support - Basic Life Support). Finally, she has a significant scientific portfolio consisting of numerous studies, publications, and presentations.

Loli Georgia is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in the center of Lefkada. Concurrently, she works as a Consultant in the Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Lefkada and is the attending physician at the Lefkada Nursing Home. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and specialized in the First Internal Medicine Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA. She graduated with honors from the postgraduate program focusing on the Management of Aging and Chronic Diseases. During her specialty training, she was trained in infections at the Infectious Diseases Unit of the First Internal Medicine Clinic of the Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA. She has also dealt with all aspects of metabolic syndrome (Hypertension, Lipids, Diabetes, Obesity), its complications, prevention, differential diagnosis, and treatment of all diseases within the spectrum of Internal Medicine. She is a former Consultant of the First Internal Medicine Clinic at Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA and has served in numerous positions within the National Health System (NHS). Από τον Οκτώβριο του 2005 έως τον Μάιο του 2010, παρείχε τις υπηρεσίες της στο Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο ως υπεύθυνη ιατρός σε αθλητικούς τοπικούς και διεθνείς αγώνες και εκδηλώσεις.
