Κυπραίου έχει επίσης εξειδίκευση στην αποκατάσταση του πτερυγίου ωτός μετά από εκ γενετής ελλείψεις ή αφαίρεση ογκιδίων και καρκινωμάτων τόσο από το αυτί, όσο και σε όλο το πρόσωπο. Είναι πιστοποιημένη χειρουργός από το International Board for Certification  in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Πρόκειται για ένα διεθνές δίπλωμα που έχει σκοπό να δημιουργήσει υψηλό επίπεδο γνώσεων στον τομέα της  πλαστικής χειρουργικής προσώπου παγκοσμίως. Είναι η πρώτη χειρουργός στην Ελλάδα που κατακτά αυτό το σημαντικό δίπλωμα κάνοντας πράξη τα όσα πρεσβεύει για τη συνεχιζόμενη υψηλού επιπέδου εκπαίδευση και εφαρμογή των αρτιότερων τεχνικών χειρουργικής σύμφωνα με τα διεθνή πρωτόκολλα.
