Παράλληλα, η ιατρός είναι Διευθύντρια του Τμήματος Mohs Χειρουργικής του Νοσοκομείου ΥΓΕΙΑ, αποτελώντας τη μοναδική πιστοποιημένη Mohs Χειρουργό στην Ελλάδα.

Είναι επίσης Διδάκτωρ του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, όπου εκπαιδεύει φοιτητές Ιατρικής και ειδικευόμενους ιατρούς. Με πάνω από 15 χρόνια διεθνούς ιατρικής εμπειρίας σε όλο το φάσμα της Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής - Επανορθωτικής και Αισθητικής - της Mohs Χειρουργικής, της Δερματοχειρουργικής και της Μεταμόσχευσης Μαλλιών, έχει πραγματοποιήσει περισσότερες από 5.000 επεμβάσεις ως Πρώτος Χειρουργός σε Ελλάδα, Αγγλία, Ελβετία και Αμερική.

Ο Τσουρούς Γεώργιος είναι Ειδικός Παθολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας στο κέντρο της Γλυφάδας από το 2005. Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας, στο Νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδίκευσής του, συμμετείχε ενεργά στη λειτουργία του Ειδικού Εξωτερικού Ιατρείου Υπέρτασης, καθώς και του Ειδικού Αγγειοπαθολογικού Εργαστηρίου της Δ Παθολογικής Κλινικής του νοσοκομείου. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της βασικής του Ειδικότητας, εκπαιδεύτηκε στον Σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, στο Διαβητολογικό Κέντρο του Τζάνειου Νοσοκομείου Πειραιά και έλαβε την επίσημη εξειδίκευση στη Διαβητολογία, μετά από εξετάσεις. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε την Διδακτορική του Διατριβή στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, με θέμα: «Η σημασία της διαταραχής της γλυκόζης νηστείας και της διαταραχής ανοχής στη γλυκόζη στην πρόκληση βλαβών στα όργανα στόχους, σε υπέρβαρα και παχύσαρκα άτομα». Επιπλέον, έλαβε πιστοποίηση στην Κλινική Υπερτασιολογία (Clinical Hypertension Specialist), μετά από επιτυχή συμμετοχή στις εξετάσεις του American Society of Hypertension Specialist Program Inc, Chicago. Συνεργάσθηκε επί δύο έτη με την Εταιρεία Επείγουσας Εξωνοσοκομειακής Ιατρικής «SOS Ιατροί», πραγματοποιώντας μεγάλο αριθμό κατ’ οίκον επισκέψεων, ως εφημερεύων Παθολόγος. Από το 2005, εργάσθηκε, ως επιμελητής της Παθολογικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου Mediterraneo, ενώ, από το 2007, συμμετείχε στο μηνιαίο πρόγραμμα εφημεριών της Παθολογικής κλινικής, ως Υπεύθυνος Διευθυντής εφημερίας και θεράπων ιατρός. Από το 2018, είναι Διευθυντής και Επιστημονικός Υπεύθυνος της Παθολογικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου Mediterraneo. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος επιστημονικών δημοσιεύσεων σε ελληνικά και διεθνή ιατρικά περιοδικά, καθώς και σε μεγάλο αριθμό ανακοινώσεων σε ελληνικά και διεθνή ιατρικά συνέδρια. Στο ιατρείο του ασχολείται με την πρόληψη, διαχείριση και θεραπεία, όλου του φάσματος των οξέων ή χρόνιων παθήσεων που άπτονται της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας (πχ, λοιμώξεις, σακχαρώδης διαβήτης, αρτηριακή υπέρταση, υπερλιπιδαιμίες), δίνοντας έμφαση στην προληπτική ιατρική και την ελάττωση του συνολικού καρδιαγγειακού κινδύνου των ασθενών του. Επιπλέον, ασχολείται με την νοσηλεία των ασθενών στο νοσοκομείο ή με την κατ οίκον νοσηλεία τους, όταν αυτή απαιτηθεί.
