Επιπρόσθετα, μετείχε σε μεγάλο αριθμό ουρογυναικολογικών επεμβάσεων λόγω ακράτειας ούρων. Στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στη Β’ Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογική Κλινική του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, στο Αρεταίειο Νοσοκομείο, Πιστοποιημένου Ευρωπαϊκού Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης στη Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογία από το Ευρωπαϊκό Κολέγιο Μαιευτικής και Γυναικολογίας (EBCOG). Έλαβε μέρος σε πληθώρα φυσιολογικών και επιπλεγμένων τοκετών, συμμετέχοντας ενεργά στο Τμήμα Παρακολούθησης Κυήσεων Υψηλού Κινδύνου, στο Τμήμα Υστεροσκόπησης και στο Τμήμα Λαπαροσκόπησης, αποκτώντας εμπειρία στις ενδοσκοπικές μεθόδους. Μετά την λήψη του Τίτλου ειδικότητας εργάστηκε και εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Μονάδα Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής της Β’ Μαιευτικής & Γυναικολογικής Κλινικής, της Ιατρικής Σχολής, του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Αρεταίειο Νοσοκομείο καθώς και στο Παν/κο Νοσοκομείο Ρώμης Gemelli. Έλαβε πιστοποίηση κατόπιν εξετάσεων στην «Καρδιοτοκογραφία και Παρακολούθηση του Εμβρύου» από την Σουηδική Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογική εταιρία. Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών, της Εταιρίας Οικογενειακού Προγραμματισμού , της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Περιγεννητικής Ιατρικής, Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Παιδικής και Εφηβικής Γυναικολογίας. Ο Ρέλλιας Ιωάννης MD, MSc, PhD είναι Γυναικολόγος - Μαιευτήρας - Μαστολόγος και Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην πλατεία Μαβίλη. Ασκήθηκε στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραιά «Τζάνειο». Ειδικεύτηκε στη Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογία, στην Α’ Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογική κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο «Αλεξάνδρα», και εξειδικεύτηκε στο τμήμα Μαστού, στο ίδιο νοσοκομείο. Υπηρέτησε ως ειδικευμένος χειρουργός μαστού στο τμήμα Μαστού της Α’ Μαιευτικής - Γυναικολογικής κλινικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Διαθέτει πιστοποίηση Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics από την American Academy of Family Physicians και πιστοποίηση IBUS - Breast Imaging School - Multimodality Breast Imaging and Image-Guided Interventions Course, Detection, Diagnosis, Management από την Scientific Society of Mastology. He worked as a resident physician in the 2nd Surgical Clinic of Konstantopouleio General Hospital of Nea Ionia and subsequently in the 1st Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University of Athens at Alexandra General Hospital. After passing the specialty exams, he obtained the Obstetrics - Gynecology specialty title in 2015. He continued his professional career in Sweden, specifically at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant, managing a high volume of both gynecological and obstetric cases daily. Concurrently, beyond clinical duties, he was involved in teaching, actively participating in the medical students' education program. He also collaborates with medical service companies, providing online consulting. He has attended numerous conferences and seminars related to his specialty. He holds certification in the ALSO seminar, which pertains to the management and treatment of obstetric emergencies.
