As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Mitsou Argyrios is an Internist and has maintained a private practice in Melissia since February 2025. He completed his specialty training at the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio - Amalia Fleming" and has been incorporated into the Family Physician program.

Anastasopoulos Vasilis is an Internist at the General Hospital of Attica KAT with the rank of Senior Registrar and maintains a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." He holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. He has received further training in emergency pre-hospital medicine at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB), as well as in the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon," focusing on lipid disorders and cardiovascular disease prevention. He has served as the scientific director at the Local Health Unit in Petroupoli and at the Health Center of Peristeri. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Society for the Study of Risk Factors for Vascular Diseases, and the Hellenic Lipidology Society. As part of continuous medical education, he has attended numerous scientific conferences and has contributed to the writing of scientific papers.

Maxaira Asimina is an Adult and Pediatric Otolaryngologist Surgeon with a private practice in Cholargos. She holds a PhD from the University of Padua, Italy, and graduated from the Medical School of the same university. She trained in General Surgery at the Penteli Children's General Hospital, in Pediatric ENT at the Children's General Hospital "Agia Sophia," and in Adult ENT at the Athens Thoracic Diseases General Hospital "Sotiria." During her training, she focused on ENT disorders of neonates, children, and adults. She worked in the respective audiology departments for the diagnosis and management of hearing loss and vertigo. She also worked at the University ENT Clinic of the Padua Hospital in Italy, emphasizing otologic surgeries and functional endoscopic sinus surgeries (FESS). Concurrently with obtaining her ENT specialty, she attended courses of the Academy of Classical Homeopathic Medicine for four years and earned the corresponding degree. To date, she is a Scientific Collaborator at Iaso Children’s Hospital and the Euroclinic Children’s Hospital and has also served as an ENT Consultant at the General - Pediatric Clinic "Mitera." Additionally, she has presented papers and participated in national and international conferences, as well as authored articles in scientific journals.

Petsinis Georgios is a Pulmonologist - Phthisiologist who maintains a private practice in Marousi. In parallel, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Oncology Clinic of the Athens Medical Center. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Patras and completed postgraduate studies in Thoracic Oncology (M.Sc) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized at the First Pulmonology Clinic of G.N. Sismanoglio, where he also served as an Assistant Pulmonology - Phthisiology Consultant. He has extensive clinical experience and has participated in the safety teams of EKEPY (National Health Operations Center). Finally, he has presented numerous scientific papers at conferences in Greece and abroad.

Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous hospitals, and currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an Emergency and Chronic Cases Physician at the "Medifirst" Polyclinic, Consultant at the Emergency Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and collaborates with the Elderly Care Home "Agios Symeon." Finally, the doctor has served as an instructor at the Combat Nursing School within the Army Special Forces Directorate, as well as at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Xanioti Ilektra is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia. In addition to her private practice, she serves as an affiliated Pediatrician at the Medical Center of Athens. She has extensive experience and has served as a Senior Registrar at the Second Pediatric Clinic of the Pediatric Center of Athens and as the chief supervising Pediatrician at IASO Paidiatrikon.

Dr. Sarma Niki is a Pulmonologist - Sleep Medicine Specialist and maintains a private practice in Melissia. She holds a PhD from the University of Kiel in Germany and graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Sarma specialized in Pulmonology at major hospitals in Greece and Germany, such as the Athens Chest Diseases General Hospital "Sotiria," the "Fachkrankenhaus Kloster Grafschaft GmbH," and the "Lungenclinic Großhansdorf" in Hamburg. Additionally, she specialized in Sleep Medicine at the Sleep Clinic of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf "UKE" and has worked as a Pulmonologist in the private practice "Alsterpneumologie." To date, she continues as an external collaborator of the 4th Pulmonology Clinic at the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center.

Georgia Gkioni is a Pathologist with a private practice in Chalandri and a Consultant in the 7th Pathology Clinic of HYGEIA Hospital.

She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Arterial Hypertension and Associated Cardiovascular-Renal Diseases from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

She has been trained in the High Dependency Unit (HDU) of the Therapeutic Clinic of NKUA - GNA “Alexandra,” gaining substantial experience in managing severe and complex cases.

In her practice, she provides comprehensive, responsible, and individualized medical care, with an emphasis on the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia.

Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis on the subject of ultrasound assessment of hemodynamic status of Intensive Care Unit patients. He has contributed to the scientific literature by publishing articles in peer-reviewed, high-profile journals and by presenting his work in international conferences (ISICEM, ESICM).

Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Currently, apart from private practice, he is employed as an Intensive Care Medicine specialist in the Intensive Care Unit of Athens Medical Centre.

Dr. Natsiopoulou Ourania, MD, MSc is an Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon, with a private practice in Kifisia. She holds the position of attending physician at the B’ ENT Clinic of the "Lefkos Stavros" hospital as well as the role of Scientific Collaborator at the A' University Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio". She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and obtained a postgraduate diploma specializing in Nasal, Skull Base & Facial Disorders. Her professional career includes training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at hospitals in England (Chelsea and Westminster Hospital) and the USA (Johns Hopkins University Hospital). She began her residency in General Surgery at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa" and in Otolaryngology at the Children's General Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou". Subsequently, she continued her specialty training in hospitals in Switzerland (Hôpital Intercantonal de la Broye, HFR Fribourg) and completed her Otolaryngology specialization at the A’ University ENT Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio". Finally, Dr. Natsiopoulou is a member of the Athens Medical Association and is fluent in Greek, English, French, and Greek Sign Language.

Fourlani Eleni is a Pediatrician who maintains her private practice in Chalandri. She holds a medical degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed her Doctoral Thesis with distinction. She specialized in Pediatrics at the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at the "Agia Sofia" Children's General Hospital. The doctor worked in the Infectious Diseases Department of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens (Choremeio Research Laboratory), conducting laboratory tests and engaging in research. In the past, she provided medical services at the Medical Center of Athens and subsequently at the Mitera Children's Hospital, where she currently serves as the scientific head of the outpatient clinics. Ο Ζαχαράτος Παναγιώτης MD, PhD είναι Πνευμονολόγος - Φυματιολόγος. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία αποκτώντας βασικές γνώσεις αρχικά Βιολογίας (πτυχίο Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών) και στη συνέχεια Ιατρικής (πτυχίο Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών). Ειδικεύτηκε στην Πνευμονολογία - Φυματιολογία στο Πνευμονολογικό Τμήμα της Α Πανεπιστημιακής Κλινικής Εντατικής Θεραπείας στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Ευαγγελισμός". Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and involvement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. He has participated as a volunteer physician in a Doctors Without Borders - Greece mission in Zambia and in programs within Greece. Mpousi Vasiliki, MD, MSc, is an Otolaryngologist who maintains a private practice in the Paiania area. Additionally, she is a consultant at the Otolaryngology – Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic of Metropolitan General and an affiliated physician at IASO Clinic. She holds a Medical Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a Master's Degree in "Clinical & Industrial Pharmacology" from the same university. She completed her specialty training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the 1st University Otolaryngology Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio."
