Katsimardou Aleksandra MD, PhD is an Internist - Military Physician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates" and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended postgraduate courses on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and liver diseases. Furthermore, Dr. Katsimardou has participated as a speaker in national conferences and contributed to authoring published articles in international journals focusing on arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia.

Pappa Persefoni is an Otolaryngologist who maintains private practices in Kypseli and Chalandri. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in the Otolaryngology Clinic of the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria" from 2003 to 2008, when she obtained her Otolaryngology specialty certification from the Athens Prefecture. To date, she is a permanent Associate Physician at the private hospital "Hygeia". Additionally, Dr. Pappa has numerous presentations at conferences in her field and is a member of the Hellenic Rhinologic Society, the European Rhinologic Society, and the Athens Medical Association.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. Trimis Georgios is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a PhD and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a diploma in Advanced Pediatric Life Support from Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has extensive clinical experience, having worked in clinics in Greece and the United Kingdom as well as at VIANEX/Sanofi Pasteur MSD and MSD Greece. Additionally, he possesses significant research experience, evidenced by numerous scientific publications and abstracts in Greek and international journals, many of which he serves as a scientific reviewer, as well as presentations at Greek and international conferences and lectures he has delivered at these events.

Greka Athina is a Specialist Pathologist - master in Nutrition - master in Gerontology. She maintains private practices in Kypseli and Oropos. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Emergency Prehospital Medicine" from the Ministry of Health and the National Emergency Center (EKAV). Additionally, she holds a master's degree in Gerontology from the European University Cyprus and a master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Studies, Pearson Assured, from the United Kingdom. The doctor regularly attends and contributes papers to numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, as part of her ongoing professional development, and has authored articles in general interest magazines on health topics. It is noteworthy that she has been awarded by the Athens Medical Association for her voluntary participation in the Social Mission Clinic, by EKEPY for training and voluntary involvement in the Emergency Medical Teams for urgent situations of the Athens Medical Association, and has received honorable mention for her voluntary participation in the Social Mission Clinic. Ms. Greka is a scientific collaborator at the Athens Medical Center and a volunteer doctor with Doctors of the World. Her clinics address issues of general pathology and provide solutions for vulnerable cases. Moreover, both emergency and scheduled cases of general pathology are managed, with an emphasis on health prevention, combining therapeutic treatment with exercise and nutrition, tailored to existing comorbidities, on an individualized and case-by-case basis.
