Διατηρεί ενεργή παρουσία στον επιστημονικό χώρο με συμμετοχή και παρουσιάσεις σε ιατρικά συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, καθώς και με συμβολή σε δημοσιευμένες ερευνητικές εργασίες σε διεθνή ιατρικά περιοδικά. Το 2018 ήταν Fellow Observer στο UCLA, υπό τις οδηγίες της επιστημονικής ομάδας του professor Acacio για ζητήματα παθολογίας κύησης και αναπαραγωγική ενδοκρινολογίας.

Spanakos Spyridon MD, MSc is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician with private practices in Peristeri, Agia Varvara, and Korydallos.
