My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Xousos Dimitrios is a Neurologist and maintains his private practice in Glyfada. He holds a medical degree from the Universita Degli Studi di Bari Facolta di Medicina e Chirurgia in Italy and a postgraduate degree (MSc) in Mental Health Promotion and Prevention of Psychiatric Disorders from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Notable is his specialization in dementia, vascular brain diseases, memory disorders, epilepsy, sleep disorders, headaches, and movement disorders.

ThinkPhysiotherapy - Papazoglou Apostolos is located in Ilisia. Papavasileiou Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Serres. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace. He specialized for one year in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Chalkidiki. Additionally, he completed a five-year residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology for adults and children at the General Hospital of Xanthi, where he participated in a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures including reconstructive surgery, trauma, sports injuries, and hand surgery. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Throughout his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. During this period, he participated in numerous surgical procedures and contributed to the operation of all departments of the Clinic. Additionally, he was seconded to the Scoliosis and Spine Department of the General Hospital KAT, where he participated in the diagnosis and management of complex cases, covering the entire spectrum of spinal pathology. Apostolatos Apostolos is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Kifisia. He graduated from the School of Medicine and Surgery at Universita Degli Studi Di Catanzaro Magna Grecia. He has been trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Plastic Surgery Techniques for General Surgeons. He completed his internship in the Emergency, Pathology, and General Surgery departments at Sismanogleio Hospital, Alexandra Gynecological Hospital, and Penteli Children's Pediatric Hospital. Subsequently, he worked as a First Aid Physician-Trainee in nuclear-biochemical warfare at the Army Medical Corps in Athens. Georgios Papadakis is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains private practices in Marousi and Ilion. Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Her goal is the management and treatment of acute and chronic pain through a holistic and individualized physiotherapeutic approach. Through comprehensive medical history taking and detailed clinical evaluation, she designs and implements personalized treatment programs tailored to the needs and objectives of each patient, aiming to improve functionality and quality of life.

Dr Loupas Dimitrios is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized at the University Orthopedic Clinic at KAT Hospital and completed his doctoral dissertation at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized in sports injuries (Sports Injuries Clinic at KAT) and at the Athens Medical Center (under the direction of L. Nikolaou). Additionally, the doctor has worked at the 1st and 3rd IKA Hospitals and has served as Director of the Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". He is involved in general orthopedic surgical conditions, with a specialization in disorders of the hand and knee (including knee arthroscopy) and total knee and hip arthroplasties.

During his specialty training, he demonstrated a strong inclination towards surgery, participating in numerous operations and earning recognition for his proficiency in trauma management. He has worked in demanding public hospitals such as Piraeus General Hospital Tzaneio and Samos General Hospital, acquiring significant experience in orthopedic surgery.

Karapapas Georgios is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center Physiopractic in Aigaleo. She has further postgraduate specialization in Yamamoto's Scalp Acupuncture at the International School of Scalp Acupuncture. Yamamoto's method is also referred to as neuroacupuncture. In this method, acute and chronic pain and neurological conditions are treated by inserting a small number of needles into specific areas of the head. The method is used for a variety of conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, headaches, musculoskeletal pain and neuralgia. The practitioner carries out acupuncture treatments across the therapeutic spectrum.

Gkliatis Georgios is a qualified Physiotherapist from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He has collaborated with the Military Hospital of Special Diseases 414, the Scientific Society of Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy of Greece, the Philoktitis Rehabilitation Center, as well as with the sports clubs G.S. Apollon Smyrnis PAE, O.A. Achilleas K. Acharnon, A.O. Pefkis, and A.O. Iliysiakos. He has participated in advanced training seminars for the diagnosis and classification of low back pain, cerebral palsy, prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, and specialized topics in the rehabilitation of stroke. He possesses extensive clinical experience applying valid and well-founded rehabilitation methods with modern equipment. He provides home physiotherapy treatments to patients within Attica for the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological cases. His aim is a personalized approach with empathy and respect for the individual needs of each patient, with the goal of immediate improvement in their functionality and quality of life.

Dr Penteridis Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Pediatric Orthopedist, maintaining a private practice in Oraiokastro. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the "Victor Babes" Medical University. He possesses extensive training and experience, having worked in numerous clinics across the country. Professor Gousias Konstantinos is an internationally recognized Neurosurgeon specializing in brain and spinal cord tumor surgery, as well as endoscopic and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He maintains a private practice in Marousi. During his 17-year successful career in Germany, he held leadership positions at leading university/academic clinics (Marburg, Bochum, Münster), and has been awarded the title of Professor of Neurosurgery by the Universities of Bonn and Münster in Germany, the European University, and the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. He is a certified expert by the German Neurosurgical Academy in neuro-oncological surgery, neurosurgery under neuro-monitoring and fluorescence-guided techniques, and holds a Master Certification in spinal surgery from the German and European Spine Societies.
