She then continued her studies at the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she completed a postgraduate program in Clinical Nutrition at the International Hellenic University. She undertook her internship at the Haitoglou Industry S.A. in food quality control, as well as a second internship at the AHEPA University Hospital in Clinical Nutrition. Continuing her education, she trained in a three-year program specializing in Body-Centered Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Unity Energetics school.
