Σημαντικό μέρος της εκπαίδευσής του πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Κωνσταντοπούλειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων Πεντέλης, όπου εξειδικεύτηκε στη διαχείριση ΩΡΛ περιστατικών παιδιών.

Παράλληλα ανέπτυξε ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για την πλαστική χειρουργική του προσώπου και τη ρινοπλαστική. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό συνεργάστηκε με τον πλαστικό χειρουργό Σ. Κοτζαμπασάκης, αποκτώντας σημαντική εμπειρία στις τεχνικές λειτουργικής και αισθητικής αποκατάστασης της ρινός.

Στο διδακτικό του έργο περιλαμβάνεται η δραστηριότητά του ως εισηγητής στο προκλινικό μάθημα κλινικής εξέτασης της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας για τους Φοιτητές Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Duisburg-Essen της Γερμανίας.
