Η μετεκπαίδευσή του (complex joint reconstruction fellowship) στο πεδίο της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής ρομποτικής αρθροπλαστικής γόνατος & ισχίου έχει πραγματοποιηθεί στο Hospital for Special Surgery (Νέα Υόρκη), το οποίο αξιολογείται, επί 12 συναπτά έτη, ως το κορυφαίο (Νο1) ορθοπαιδικό νοσοκομείο των ΗΠΑ. Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Ο Επ. Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής, κος Μαλαχιάς, είναι αναγνωρισμένος σε διεθνή συνέδρια για την ακαδημαϊκή κλινική έρευνά του και έχει συμμετάσχει σε άνω των 110 επιστημονικών ερευνών, δημοσιευμένων σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά (του Pubmed). Μετά από πολυετή χειρουργική εξειδίκευση στο εξωτερικό, επιστρέφει στη γενέτειρά του, την Αθήνα, για να ασκήσει την ορθοπαιδική επιστήμη, ως Διευθυντής της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής στο Therapis General Hospital, με βάση τα πλέον σύγχρονα διεθνή πρότυπα και επίκεντρο τον άνθρωπο.

Zervas Ioannis is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Kaisariani. He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the Department of Physiotherapy of the School of Health Professions and Welfare at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Goules Dimitris is an Orthopedic Pathologist - Rheumatologist and maintains private practices in Psychiko, Gyzi, Chalandri, and Ampelokipi. He studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he also specialized in Pathology. He completed his doctoral dissertation at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland (USA). He began his specialization in Rheumatology in London. There, he had the opportunity to participate in J. Cyriax's team for the consolidation and dissemination of Orthopedic Pathology and to engage in the biomechanical pathophysiology of the spinal column, the scientific foundation of osteopathy (manipulation), and injection therapy of the joints and spine. He served for five years as Director of the Rheumatology Department at NIEE and currently serves as a scientific collaborator at the University of Athens. He founded the "Low Back Pain and Spinal Column Clinic" at the University of Athens, which he transferred to the private sector under the name "Institute of Neck Pain, Low Back Pain, and Spinal Column," where he focuses on the conservative non-surgical treatment of spinal diseases, the publication of related articles, and the organization of seminars. He is among the first scientists to have internationally documented that conservative treatment can reduce or eliminate the size of intervertebral disc herniation and that paretic sciatica caused by discopathy is no longer an absolute indication for surgery, but can be managed equally well or better conservatively.

Spyrantis Manolis is an Orthopedic Surgeon practicing privately in Heraklion, Crete. He studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Surgical Sciences at the University of Crete. He began his specialization in Orthopedics at the Venizeleio-Paneio General Hospital, where he participated in numerous surgeries addressing trauma, sports injuries, and joint arthroplasties. He continued his training at the Attikon General Hospital "KAT," specializing in upper limb disorders and minor surgeries, as well as at the Paediatric Hospital "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou." He possesses significant clinical experience, having served as Assistant Consultant B' in Orthopedics at Venizeleio-Paneio General Hospital and Assistant Consultant B' in Orthopedics at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, focusing on arthroscopic surgery, reconstructive surgery of major joints, and trauma management. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous medical conferences, and his scientific contributions include oral presentations, research papers, and contributions to medical textbook authorship.

Odysseas Pazionis is an Acupuncturist and maintains a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Neurology at the General State Hospital of Athens. He completed a postgraduate program in Medical Acupuncture and in the Rehabilitation of Neurological Disorders and was trained in "Advanced Life Support in Adults and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" by the European Resuscitation Council. Additionally, he specializes in acute and chronic pain and smoking cessation. He is a collaborator at the Medisalus Diagnostic Center, a consulting neurologist at the "G. Karavis" Center for Acupuncture Application and Research, and has served as a neurologist at Hygeia Hospital as well as an external associate in the Demyelinating Diseases Department and the General Neurology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." He is an instructor in Medical Acupuncture at the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica and at the international postgraduate center Acuscience, educating physicians in the treatment of headaches and sleep disorders. He applies acupuncture particularly in the treatment of migraines/headaches, smoking cessation, and the management of chronic or acute pain. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Neurological Society, the Hellenic Society of Medical Acupuncture, the Hellenic Headache Society, and the Panhellenic Association Against Epilepsy.
