I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Dr. Xarisis Mixail is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in adult and pediatric care and is the head of the Arthroiasis Surgical Center in Thessaloniki. Athanasakis Theodoros is an Orthopedic Surgeon who began his specialization in Orthopedics at Venizeleio Provincial Hospital and completed it at the University Hospital of Heraklion, Crete. During his specialty training, he moved to Athens to train in foot and ankle pathology under Mr. Athanasios Badekas, a military orthopedic surgeon and Police Brigadier (former team doctor for the Olympiacos basketball team). Concurrently, he served as a resident physician in the Second Orthopedic Clinic at the Agia Sofia Children's Hospital under the Director Mr. Ioannis Anastasopoulos.
