Το Motion Lab είναι ένα σύγχρονο Κέντρο Φυσικοθεραπείας στη Νέα Ιωνία, το οποίο εξειδικεύεται στη φυσικοθεραπεία, την αποκατάσταση τραυματισμών και τη λειτουργική επανεκπαίδευση. Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούταν αποκλειστικά στον τομέα των κατ’ οίκον θεραπειών προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα με στόχο την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση στο οικείο περιβάλλον του ασθενούς. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων στον τομέα των μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων και της σύγχρονης φυσικοθεραπευτικής προσέγγισης ενώ έχει εκπαιδευτεί και στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα πρόληψης πτώσεων για την τρίτη ηλικία, Otago. Επίσης είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Η θεραπευτική του προσέγγιση είναι ανθρωποκεντρική και βασίζεται σε τεκμηριωμένες επιστημονικές πρακτικές σύμφωνα με τις σύγχρονες διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες. Στόχος του είναι η ολιστική αντιμετώπιση κάθε περιστατικού με έμφαση στη λειτουργικότητα, την πρόληψη και τη μακροχρόνια ευεξία του ασθενούς. Ntatsis Xaris is a Physiotherapist who operates a physiotherapy clinic in the Chalandri area. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras. He has specialized in Manual Therapy (Chiropractic Techniques), Sports Injuries, Acupuncture, Kinesiotherapy, and Therapeutic Exercise at Karolinska University in Sweden. With many years of experience in the field of physiotherapy, his goal is to provide a comprehensive physiotherapeutic approach by applying individualized treatments to all patients. By taking a detailed history and assessing the patient's clinical condition, he develops a rehabilitation program that is entirely tailored to each individual in order to achieve the best possible outcome. He is an external scientific collaborator at OAKA and private clinics and manages the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, while also providing home-based therapies. Finally, he is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Physiospot - Iatridou Georgia is a Physiotherapist, PhD holder from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, and founder of the Physiospot Physiotherapy Center in Neo Psychiko. She graduated with Honors from the School of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece. During her studies, she received awards from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) and in 2003 was awarded the Excellence Award of the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy by the former Minister of Health, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis. She earned her master's degree with Honors from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in the Prevention, Intervention, and Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries. She specialized (2011-2013) in Biomedical Acupuncture through the Hellenic Scientific Society of Algology, and in 2017 obtained a Chiropractic Diploma from the Ackermann College in Sweden. She pursued further training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at the University of Essex, United Kingdom, becoming the first Greek graduate of the department with a specialization in musculoskeletal ultrasound. Finally, she specialized in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation using modern INDIBA activ radiofrequency technology, serving as an official trainer of this therapeutic method in Greece. Throughout her professional career (2003–present), she has specialized in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and rheumatological conditions, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation of knees, shoulders, and the spine. G. Iatridou possesses significant research work in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She has delivered presentations and lectures at international and Greek conferences, as well as publications in reputable international journals.

Andreopoulos Asimakis is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist who has maintained his medical practice since 2008 in Ilion, Attica. He has been a Consultant at the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of Metropolitan General since 2008 and a collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in the Peristeri Clinic. He specializes in hip and knee arthroplasties, shoulder and knee arthroscopies, and traumatology. Throughout his career, he has worked in numerous hospitals and clinics, such as the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," treating conditions including sports injuries, sciatica, fractures, low back pain, osteoarthritis, osteosynthesis, scoliosis, and spinal stenosis. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology, and the Hellenic Osteoporosis Foundation.

Physioaskisis -Afoi Tsiampa is a physiotherapy center located in Chalandri, led by Thanos Tsiampas, who completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom. At the physiotherapy center, each patient can receive information on the appropriate rehabilitation and treatment methods for their condition. The center provides specialized services in sports injuries, neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as services for meniscus rehabilitation, mobility restoration due to lymphatic dysfunction, and exercises and techniques to assist patients with chronic respiratory conditions using standard physiotherapy equipment, shockwave therapy, and TEKAR devices. Dr Loupas Dimitrios is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized at the University Orthopedic Clinic at KAT Hospital and completed his doctoral dissertation at the Medical School of the University of Athens. Mitrogiannis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adults and Pediatrics – Sports Medicine Physician, maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. Concurrently, he works as a Consultant in the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic at IASO Children’s Hospital. He holds a medical degree from the University of Ioannina School of Medicine and is a doctoral candidate at the School of Medicine, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He also has a robust scientific portfolio with publications and presentations at Greek and international medical conferences and journals.

Gatos Giorgos, MD, MSc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in Arthroscopic and Open Shoulder and Knee Surgery, Sports Injuries, Reconstructive Surgery, and modern combined Biological therapies. He maintains a private practice in Gerakas and simultaneously serves as Deputy Director of the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at Hygeia-Mitera Hospital, as well as a Scientific Collaborator at the Psychiko Medical Center. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a thesis on Metabolic Bone Diseases.

Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Ο Επ. Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής, κος Μαλαχιάς, είναι αναγνωρισμένος σε διεθνή συνέδρια για την ακαδημαϊκή κλινική έρευνά του και έχει συμμετάσχει σε άνω των 110 επιστημονικών ερευνών, δημοσιευμένων σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά (του Pubmed). Μετά από πολυετή χειρουργική εξειδίκευση στο εξωτερικό, επιστρέφει στη γενέτειρά του, την Αθήνα, για να ασκήσει την ορθοπαιδική επιστήμη, ως Διευθυντής της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής στο Therapis General Hospital, με βάση τα πλέον σύγχρονα διεθνή πρότυπα και επίκεντρο τον άνθρωπο.

Mr. Siopis Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Thessaloniki (28 Agias Sofias, 2nd Floor) and Veria (32 El. Venizelou, 3rd Floor). He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. Since 2021, he has been a Collaborating Surgeon at the A’ Orthopedic Clinic of the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki and a direct collaborator of Dr. Stylianos Kapetanakis in the Spine & Deformities Department. Simultaneously, he serves as a Collaborating Physician at the Athens Medical Center in Marousi and Psychiko. He specializes in knee and hip arthroplasties with customized implants, spinal surgery, knee and shoulder arthroscopies, as well as pediatric orthopedics. In his private practices, he provides a wide range of services tailored to the individual needs of each patient, always with respect to the patient himself.

Ο Παπαδόπουλος Παναγιώτης MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, Υποδιευθυντής της Γ΄ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής ΥΓΕΙΑ. Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Αρθροσκοπική και Ανοικτή Χειρουργική Ώμου και Γόνατος, στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις, την Επανορθωτική Χειρουργική και στις σύγχρονες συνδυαστικές Βιολογικές θεραπείες. Διαθέτει ιδιαίτερο κλινικό και ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον στην αντιμετώπιση των παθήσεων του ώμου με σύγχρονες τεχνικές ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας, προηγμένες αρθροσκοπικές μεθόδους και καινοτόμα βιολογικά πρωτόκολλα, με στόχο τη γρήγορη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη μακροχρόνια σταθερότητα του ώμου. Έχει παρουσιάσει επιστημονικές εργασίες, τεχνικές και κλινικά δεδομένα σε πολυάριθμα συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, συμβάλλοντας στη διάδοση της σύγχρονης αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής προσέγγισης στις αθλητικές κακώσεις και στις παθήσεις του ώμου. Ο Λεωνίδου Ανδρέας PGDip, MSc, PhD, FACS, FRCS (Tr&Orth) είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Xειρουργός - Τραυματολόγος και Διδάκτωρ στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Παράλληλα, διατελεί Διευθυντής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Ορθοπαιδική Μηχανική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Cardiff. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, όπου κάτω από διαρκή αξιολόγηση, τακτικές εξετάσεις και συνεντεύξεις, ολοκλήρωσε την ειδικότητα της Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας. Είναι εξειδικευμένος Χειρουργός άνω άκρου, γόνατος και αθλητικών κακώσεων και έχει ολοκληρώσει όλη την ειδικότητα και την υπερεξειδίκευση στο ειδικό γνωστικό αντικείμενό του στην Αγγλία. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας, εξειδικεύτηκε στην παγκοσμίου φήμης Κλινική Ώμου - Αγκώνα στο Reading. Εργάσθηκε δε ως Διευθυντής στην ίδια κλινική και εν συνεχεία στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του East Kent. Εργάσθηκε συνεχόμενα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο από το 2005 έως το 2019 αποκτώντας τεράστια χειρουργική εμπειρία. Διαθέτει αναλυτικό - πιστοποιημένο logbook πλέον των 6000 χειρουργείων. Επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 14 χρόνια παραμονής στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, έχοντας αφυπηρετήσει στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα του μόνιμου Διευθυντή (substantive Consultant), με στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς του τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα. Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση των σύνθετων καταγμάτων του ώμου - αγκώνα. Επίσης, εξειδικεύεται στην αρθροσκόπηση ώμου - αγκώνα και γόνατος με μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και όγκο περιστατικών. Εφαρμόζει το ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας σύστημα ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Είναι εταίρος (fellow) του Βασιλικού Κολλεγίου των Χειρουργών του Εδιμβούργου, έχοντας ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τις σχετικές εξετάσεις. Επιπλέον, είναι εκπαιδευτής στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course και στο παγκοσμίου φήμης Reading Shoulder and Elbow Course. Ταξιδεύει συχνά στην Ευρώπη όπου διδάσκει την τεχνική της ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2019 ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας που εκλέχτηκε μέλος της Εκπαιδευτικής Επιτροπής της Βρετανικής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα. Tέλος, τo 2020 εκλέχτηκε στην επιτροπή μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα.

Dr Spiliotopoulos Georgios is a graduate of Medical School and a PhD candidate in Orthopedics at the University of Patras. He specialized at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and further specialized in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and modern minimally invasive surgical corrective techniques (MIS). Since 2018, he has been a Forensic Orthopedic Expert (technical consultant) for major insurance companies. He maintains a clinic in Neo Psychiko and is the head of the surgical team OrthoSoma (Ortho-Body).

Sapika Panagiota is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Neo Iraklio. In her fully equipped facility, she offers a wide range of services addressing musculoskeletal conditions in both acute and chronic stages, sports injuries, neurological disorders, application of kinesiotaping, and postoperative rehabilitation such as hip and knee arthroplasty, meniscus tears, cruciate ligament injuries, and more.
