Εργάστηκε ως Διευθυντής Νευροχειρουργικής Κλινικής στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο στο Stoke on Trent (UHNM) και ως Διευθυντής Νευροχειρουργικής Κλινικής και Κλινική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στο New Cross, Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust επί σειρά ετών. Την ίδια περίοδο εργάστηκε ως Διευθυντής Νευροχειρουργικής Κλινικής και Κλινική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στα Ιδιωτικά Νοσοκομεία Nuffield Health Hospital στο Wolverhampton και στο Rowley Hall Hospital, Ramsay Group του Stafford.
