Welcome to my profile. My name is Lydia Felah, and I am a Physiotherapist (MSc) specializing in Chronic Pain Management and Biomedical Acupuncture.

At our center, AcuPhysio in Ilioupoli, we don't just treat symptoms. We combine scientific knowledge (Clinical Physiotherapy) with specialized techniques (Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave, Tecar) to identify and treat the root cause of the problem.

My goal is immediate relief, functional rehabilitation, and your safe return to daily activities. I undertake cases involving musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, cervical syndrome, lower back pain, and foot pathologies (custom orthotic insoles).

Stathellis Apostolos MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, elbow, and ankle, as well as sports injuries. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Ulm in Germany. Following an 8-year training period in Germany (2009 - 2016) at one of the leading arthroscopic surgery centers (Sportklinik - Stuttgart), he now maintains private practices in Vrilissia and Marousi and concurrently serves as an Attending Physician at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at Hygeia Hospital. In 2016, he obtained the sports medicine specialization title in Germany, as well as certification in arthroscopic surgery. Additionally, he is trained and certified in musculoskeletal ultrasonography.

Ioannis Mamais is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Ano Patissia. He holds a medical degree from the University of Belgrade and specialized in Orthopedics. He has extensive and significant clinical experience, having worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon – Consultant in the Reconstructive Surgery Clinic at the Athens Medical Group (P. Faliro Clinic), at the General Hospital "Red Cross," and at the Pediatric Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou." Furthermore, he specializes in arthroscopy, traumatology, and hip and knee arthroplasty.

Dr. Manthas Spyros is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Senior Consultant at TYPET - General Clinic "Ygeias Melathron" - and maintains private practices in Kifisia and Galatsi. He specializes in the lower extremity, foot, and ankle disorders. He has extensive experience in trauma, upper extremity microsurgery, and sports injuries. His postgraduate studies focused on bone metabolism and osteoporosis.

Demosthenis Imariagkmpe is a Physiotherapist who operates Physiotherapy Centers in Kolonaki and Vyronas. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica and is a physiotherapy instructor at IEK OMHROS. He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the Department of Physiotherapy of the School of Health Professions and Welfare at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. The physiotherapist has extensive experience in neurological disorders and musculoskeletal cases. He has worked in rehabilitation centers and as a Sports Physiotherapist at the Peace and Friendship Stadium. PHYSIOSTEPS - Karydis Nikolaos is a modern physiotherapy center located in Nea Kifisia, founded and scientifically directed by Physiotherapist Nikolaos Karydis. His involvement in sports as a member of the National Equestrian Team highlighted both the necessity of injury prevention and the comprehensive rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. After completing his studies at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the University of Athens, he continued his education at the Physiotherapy Department of Charles University in the Czech Republic, where he graduated with honors.
