Welcome to my profile. My name is Lydia Felah, and I am a Physiotherapist (MSc) specializing in Chronic Pain Management and Biomedical Acupuncture.

At our center, AcuPhysio in Ilioupoli, we don't just treat symptoms. We combine scientific knowledge (Clinical Physiotherapy) with specialized techniques (Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave, Tecar) to identify and treat the root cause of the problem.

My goal is immediate relief, functional rehabilitation, and your safe return to daily activities. I undertake cases involving musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, cervical syndrome, lower back pain, and foot pathologies (custom orthotic insoles).

Ο Μαλαχιάς Μιχαήλ-Αλέξανδρος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός-Αθλητίατρος και Επίκουρος Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής στην Ιατρική Σχολή EUC Φρανκφούρτης (Γερμανία). Διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό του ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Είναι πτυχιούχος και Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Ο ιατρός εξειδικεύεται στην αρθροσκοπική και επανορθωτική (αρθροπλαστικές) χειρουργική του ώμου, του γόνατος και του ισχίου. Επιπλέον, θεωρείται expert στις νέες βιολογικές θεραπείες (PRP) με καθοδήγηση υπερήχου (πρώτο Διδακτορικό στην Ελλάδα πάνω στο εν λόγω πεδίο), αλλά και στη θεραπεία των αθλητικών κακώσεων, όπου έχει λάβει την εθνική κλινική υποτροφία «Γεώργιος Νούλης», της Ελληνικής Αρθροσκοπικής Εταιρείας (αντιμετώπιση ρήξης μηνίσκου, ρήξης χιαστού, χόνδρινων βλαβών, αρθροσκόπηση ισχίου σε νέους, αρθροσκόπηση ώμου για ρήξη τενόντων στροφικού πετάλου, εξάρθρημα, κτλ.). Η μετεκπαίδευσή του (complex joint reconstruction fellowship) στο πεδίο της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής ρομποτικής αρθροπλαστικής γόνατος & ισχίου έχει πραγματοποιηθεί στο Hospital for Special Surgery (Νέα Υόρκη), το οποίο αξιολογείται, επί 12 συναπτά έτη, ως το κορυφαίο (Νο1) ορθοπαιδικό νοσοκομείο των ΗΠΑ. Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Ο Επ. Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής, κος Μαλαχιάς, είναι αναγνωρισμένος σε διεθνή συνέδρια για την ακαδημαϊκή κλινική έρευνά του και έχει συμμετάσχει σε άνω των 110 επιστημονικών ερευνών, δημοσιευμένων σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά (του Pubmed). Μετά από πολυετή χειρουργική εξειδίκευση στο εξωτερικό, επιστρέφει στη γενέτειρά του, την Αθήνα, για να ασκήσει την ορθοπαιδική επιστήμη, ως Διευθυντής της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής στο Therapis General Hospital, με βάση τα πλέον σύγχρονα διεθνή πρότυπα και επίκεντρο τον άνθρωπο.

Karantoni Vasiliki is a Physiotherapist and Head of the Physiotherapy Center "Physio-Osteo Center" in Ilisia. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain (Universite Catholique de Louvain, U.C.L.), Belgium, and possesses two Master's degrees. Specifically, she holds a Master's degree specializing in General Osteopathy of the Joints - a Specialized License in the Sports Environment from the Free University of Brussels (Universite Libre de Bruxelles, U.L.B.), and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy with therapeutic manipulations (Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy) from Curtin University in Perth, Australia. She has completed practical training in clinics in Belgium, specifically at the University Hospital of Brussels St. Luc, the St. Pierre Clinic, and the William Lenox Neurological Center. Additionally, she completed her clinical internship in Greece at the General Attica Hospital KAT and at EL.LE.P.A.P.. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, the Department of Cardiovascular Respiratory Physiotherapy - Rehabilitation (T.K.A.F.A.), and the "Spine" group of the Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, whose workshops she has attended. Finally, throughout her many years of experience and practice, she has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Greece and abroad.

Mathiopoulos Antonios is a Physiatrist and maintains a private practice in Patissia. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and began his specialty in Pathology at the General Prefectural Oncology Hospital of Kifisia "Agioi Anargyroi." Subsequently, he specialized in Neurology at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, in Orthopedics at the 5th Clinic of Spinal Cord and Scoliosis of the same hospital, and in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the National Rehabilitation Center. He has served as Scientific Director at the Rehabilitation - Recovery and Day Care Center "Anelixi," as Consultant of the 3rd Clinic at the Center for Rehabilitation and Care of the Elderly, Disabled, and Afflicted Persons "Filoktitis," as the responsible Physiatrist at the Rehabilitation Center of the Spastic Protection Society "Porta Anichti," and as Scientific Director of the Scientific Physiotherapy Clinic Physicare. Finally, Dr. Mathiopoulos is the author of numerous scientific papers and articles and a participant in many scientific conferences, as well as a member of various Greek and international scientific associations and societies.

Moraitou Martha is a Physiotherapist and operates her private physiotherapy clinic, Physio Core, which is contracted with the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services (E.O.P.Y.Y.), located in the center of Piraeus near the metro. She is a graduate of the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and specializes in Manual Therapy, acupuncture, clinical Pilates, and kinesio taping. The physiotherapy clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as TECAR therapy (radiofrequency therapy) and shock wave therapy (extracorporeal shock wave therapy). At the Physio Core Physiotherapy Laboratory, the goal is to implement a comprehensive therapeutic approach for both musculoskeletal conditions and injuries as well as neurological cases for the full rehabilitation of the patient.

Karalaios Nikolaos V. is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Larissa. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his orthopedic residency at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, concurrently receiving training in the Microsurgery - Upper Limb Surgery and Pediatric Orthopedics departments. Additionally, he was awarded a scholarship by the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology for further training in Shoulder and Elbow Arthroscopic Surgery at the University Hospital of Milano Humanitas under Professor Alessandro Castagna. Ο Λεωνίδου Ανδρέας PGDip, MSc, PhD, FACS, FRCS (Tr&Orth) είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Xειρουργός - Τραυματολόγος και Διδάκτωρ στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Παράλληλα, διατελεί Διευθυντής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Ορθοπαιδική Μηχανική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Cardiff. Είναι εξειδικευμένος Χειρουργός άνω άκρου, γόνατος και αθλητικών κακώσεων και έχει ολοκληρώσει όλη την ειδικότητα και την υπερεξειδίκευση στο ειδικό γνωστικό αντικείμενό του στην Αγγλία. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας, εξειδικεύτηκε στην παγκοσμίου φήμης Κλινική Ώμου - Αγκώνα στο Reading. Εργάσθηκε δε ως Διευθυντής στην ίδια κλινική και εν συνεχεία στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του East Kent. Εργάσθηκε συνεχόμενα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο από το 2005 έως το 2019 αποκτώντας τεράστια χειρουργική εμπειρία. Διαθέτει αναλυτικό - πιστοποιημένο logbook πλέον των 6000 χειρουργείων. Επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 14 χρόνια παραμονής στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, έχοντας αφυπηρετήσει στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα του μόνιμου Διευθυντή (substantive Consultant), με στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς του τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα. Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση των σύνθετων καταγμάτων του ώμου - αγκώνα. Επίσης, εξειδικεύεται στην αρθροσκόπηση ώμου - αγκώνα και γόνατος με μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και όγκο περιστατικών. Εφαρμόζει το ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας σύστημα ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Είναι εταίρος (fellow) του Βασιλικού Κολλεγίου των Χειρουργών του Εδιμβούργου, έχοντας ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τις σχετικές εξετάσεις. Επιπλέον, είναι εκπαιδευτής στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course και στο παγκοσμίου φήμης Reading Shoulder and Elbow Course. Ταξιδεύει συχνά στην Ευρώπη όπου διδάσκει την τεχνική της ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2019 ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας που εκλέχτηκε μέλος της Εκπαιδευτικής Επιτροπής της Βρετανικής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα. Tέλος, τo 2020 εκλέχτηκε στην επιτροπή μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα.

Thodoros Xristoforatos is a Physiotherapist who has operated "CHRISTOFORATOSPHYSIO" in Palaio Faliro since 2024, which is a Physiotherapy and rehabilitation center aimed at providing services in a fully equipped environment. He graduated in 2017 from the Athens University of Applied Sciences. From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Mediterraneo Hospital, where he managed the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory cases. Additionally, he handled cases in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the High Dependency Unit (HDU). In 2018, he attended the Advanced Trauma Life Support seminars of the American College of Surgeons and obtained the International Diploma of ERGON IASTM TECHNIQUE. Subsequently, in 2019, he attended seminars for the International Diploma of the leukotaping method. In 2021, he earned an MSc in Rehabilitation (Neurological Rehabilitation) from Oxford Brookes University. In 2022, he collaborated with the Hellenic Swimming Federation, specifically with the Men's National Water Polo Team. Finally, from 2022 to 2023, he completed courses in Pilates Mat and Props and Pilates Reformer, obtaining certification as a Pilates Instructor.

Mitrogiannis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adults and Pediatrics – Sports Medicine Physician, maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. Concurrently, he works as a Consultant in the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic at IASO Children’s Hospital. He holds a medical degree from the University of Ioannina School of Medicine and is a doctoral candidate at the School of Medicine, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his specialty training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Children’s Hospital "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou," the Korgialenio-Benakio Greek Red Cross Hospital, and the General Athens Hospital "Evangelismos," where, following the receipt of his Orthopedic Specialty certification, he remained for an additional two years as a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon. During his residency, he received extensive training in managing injuries of all severities, sports-related injuries, and arthroplasties, actively participating in a large number of surgical procedures across the full spectrum of Orthopedics. He holds the Barca Innovation Hub Professional Diploma in Team Sports Injuries and the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, confirming his advanced expertise in sports medicine. In 2023, he served as a physician for the AEK Football Club, and from September 2024 to the present, he has been the team physician for the Academies of Panathinaikos Football Club. He also has a robust scientific portfolio with publications and presentations at Greek and international medical conferences and journals.

Η Φωτίκα Ευδοκία είναι Χειρουργός Ορθοπαιδικός και εξειδικεύεται στην χειρουργική άκρου ποδός και αστραγάλου, καθώς και στην τραυματολογία. Διατηρεί ορθοπαιδικό ιατρείο στον Πειραιά και συνεργάζεται με ιδιωτικές κλινικές στην Αθήνα και τον Πειραιά. Επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα μετά από σχεδόν 17 χρόνια παραμονής στην Γερμανία και έχοντας υπηρετήσει ως Επιμελήτρια Α΄ σε μεγάλα ακαδημαϊκά νοσοκομεία της χώρας. Εξακολουθεί και συνεργάζεται με μεγάλες ορθοπαιδικές κλινικές της Γερμανίας. Είναι εξειδικευμένη χειρουργός κάτω άκρου, και έχει ολοκληρώσει όλη την ειδικότητα και την εξειδίκευση στο γνωστικό αντικείμενό της στην Γερμανία. Εργάστηκε συνεχόμενα στη Γερμανία από το 2007 έως και το 2024 αποκτώντας μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και διαθέτει αναλυτικό - πιστοποιημένο logbook πλέον των 3500 χειρουργείων.​​ Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Μετά την αποφοίτησή της, ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται στην Γερμανία, όπου κάτω από διαρκή αξιολόγηση, τακτικές εξετάσεις και συνεντεύξεις, ολοκλήρωσε την ειδικότητα της Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας, το 2013. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας, εξειδικεύτηκε στην χειρουργική του άκρου ποδός και του αστραγάλου. Το 2016 απέκτησε τον τίτλο της εξειδικευμένης χειρουργού στον τομέα αυτό, από την αντίστοιχη γερμανική εταιρεία (D.A.F., German Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Society). Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας, με ειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση σύνθετων καταγμάτων και των επακόλουθων καταστάσεων τους. Αφού συγκέντρωσε μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και όγκο περιστατικών, απέκτησε, το 2018, τον τίτλο της εξειδικευμένης τραυματοχειρουργού, από τον αντίστοιχο ιατρικό σύλλογο της Βόρειας Ρηνανίας Βεστφαλίας. Στην συνέχεια ξεκίνησε να συνεργάζεται στενά με την εργατική ομοσπονδία της Γερμανίας (Berfufsgenossenschaft) ως D-Ärztin, στην αντιμετώπιση και περίθαλψη ατόμων με εργατικά ατυχήματα. Είναι εκπαιδεύτρια στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course (ATLS) από το 2016, και από το 2011 δραστηριοποιείται ως γιατρός επειγόντων (Notärztin) στα ασθενοφόρα του αντίστοιχου γερμανικού ΕΚΑΒ. Το 2021 ξεκίνησε να ασχολείται παράλληλα με την χειροπρακτική (Manuelle Medizin/Manual Therapy) και το 2022 έλαβε την πιστοποίηση ως χειροπρακτικός από την αντίστοιχη γερμανική εταιρεία (MWE & DGMM, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Manuelle Medizin). Επιστρέφοντας στην Ελλάδα έχει ως στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς της, τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας, με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα.

Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Εξειδικεύεται στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στη θεραπευτική άσκηση, στη μέθοδο McKenzie για προβλήματα σπονδυλικής στήλης, στο Manual Therapy, στο Taping και στις τεχνικές IASTM-ERGON.Η φιλοσοφία του Arthrokinetics βασίζεται στη λεπτομερή αξιολόγηση, στην εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση και στη διαρκή παρακολούθηση της προόδου, με έμφαση στη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και στην ενεργή συμμετοχή του ασθενή στη θεραπεία του.Στο Arthrokinetics Physio Center, η επιστημονική εξειδίκευση συνδυάζεται με σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις αποκατάστασης με επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και σεβασμό.

Karapapas Georgios is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center Physiopractic in Aigaleo. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the School of Health and Welfare Professions at ATEI Athens and has specialized in Biomedical Acupuncture at the University of West Attica. The Physiopractic physiotherapy center consists of a team of specialized and experienced physiotherapists with clinical expertise. At Physiopractic, modern rehabilitation methods are applied using specialized techniques and state-of-the-art equipment that are completely safe and effective, aiming to meet the ever-increasing demands. Ntisios Ilias is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, maintaining private practices in Kalyvia Attica and Psychiko (Medical Psychiko). During his postgraduate training, he worked at the Instituto Clinico Humanitas in Milan, Italy, alongside the world-renowned shoulder surgeon, Alex Castagna. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery and the treatment of sports injuries, with a particular focus and interest in the surgical management of shoulder and knee disorders. For nine years, he served as an Attending Physician - Associate in the sports medicine department at the Athens Medical Center and concurrently was responsible for the medical departments of basketball (A1 league) and football (first division) teams until 2011. Additionally, he is a member of the Hellenic Society of Arthroscopic Knee Surgery and Sports Injuries and has served as the society’s secretary for two years, as well as being responsible for organizing and scientific programming of the 4th arthroscopic society congress with international participation in 2011.
